For those that are interested: strawberries aren't berries, they are accessory fruits (some of the flesh of the fruit is not derived from the flowers ovary), the actualy fruits of a strawberry are the "seeds" on the outside, these types of fruits are called achenes, they only contain one seed that is nearly the same size as the pericarp (basically the fruit wall). I would really recommend learning more about plants because a lot of it is really interest, particularly how to ID them and learning about the different fruits (though I do concede that a lot of it feels really pedantic and many of the terms used to describe parts of plants are really hard to remeber and are only used for plants).
