In the spirit of trying new things and learning, I thinking you’d be fascinated by the subject of hypnosis. It ties in greatly with ideas of language and audio, and I know people who’d pay top dollar to see you go under
Hi Andrew, you are lucky that you are still alive. That tin foil could easily have killed you if it was in contact with the hot wire of the mains while you are handling it...
Yes, refoaming is so useful if you can do it yourself! Just buy a cheap Jamo speaker to refoam. The woofers of a Bose 301 are easy to make given the large tolerance of the voice coil and magnet, the alignment is easy that way! Succes garanteed.
Andrew..come on man your putting too much solider on that bulb to much i didnt know you have a iron you need flux first and something hold that down your goin burn yourself a lot more..git your self some alligator clip holder there cheep that will help u a lot..and make sure you git the led's on the right direction positive will go on the orange i believe not sure because if its backwards it will not light...
Yes, the famous "derde handje" and read some tutorials of how to solder. You have to heat up the things you want to solder shortly and then apply a bit of solder. It is maybe hard to explain but it is a certain technique. And use some nice quality solder with flux build in.(harskern) I think you solder has that, it is common. Olso the temperature of the soldering Iron has to be right. (some advice)
@@vintagestereo HaAA and Roderik is right you need good solider and flux and yes it's a skill you have to have I've been working on equipment,,,, circuits and boards since I was still in the cradle if you know what I mean...
Buy yourself some proper covers and proper solider and flux and Never use pipe flux like a guy I know did and when he told me he soldiered with pipe solider and pipe flux I just about fell over so just practice some...

Buen trabajo 🎉
You want easy bulb change and you think this beauty of a Sansui is a tough job? Try my two JVC tuners. Changing these bulbs out, is pure torture..!
it is dangerous to use tinfoil⚡⚡
Yes only when it is turned on offcourse, how conductive is tinfoil? Use some cloth or nothing at all.

Nahh. You can survive 230 Volts. I survived it too but it was a bit of a shock though, not a nice feeling.
i had many times 230v
It seems you haven't learned anything from it@@vintagestereo
Mogen we het eindresultaat niet zien.?
Great
