    Each touch in the following video contains an amazing display of some combination of timing, athleticism, technique, and decision making in Men's Sabre Fencing. The songs used in the video are Paint it Black by The Rolling Stones and Whatever it Takes by Imagine Dragons. Enjoy!

    • @esgrimaxativa5175
      @esgrimaxativa5175 Před 6 lety +3

      I think it was more of an accident. Looks like the jump 2 didn't work and he was like what the hell? I'll just arm snipe and get out of dodge. My vote for best touch of the decade goes to Fernando Casares's riposte a few years back behind the back after some crazy chasing up an down the strip. czcams.com/video/sVLiJtUyykg/video.html it starts at 5.42.

    • @CyrusofChaos
      @CyrusofChaos  Před 6 lety +7

    Fencing footwork can also be utilized in unarmed combat. Look how Bruce Lee, Yair Rodriguez and Vasyl Lomachenko fought, right handed Southpaws.
    Take note that these three men are all in different styles. JKD, MMA and Boxing

    • @NeoArtyemi
      @NeoArtyemi Před 5 lety

      Personally, I think the guy who uses Southpaw most similar to fencing is Darren Till in his Muay Thai the way he pressures and uses distance using his footwork.
