I'll tell you what people want, is to watch full episodes of Jamie at Home, even if its on netflix or hulu! That's the reason I discovered you! But now those moments are lost! Those episodes taught me how to grow vegetables and to cook! That got me me thru my divorce and help me cook for my daughter when it was just her and I. Now all those moments are lost! I need those moments of discovery! Bring back the magic!

For college student - toast bread, make omelletes, smear ketchup to toast bread and then fold the omelet to put it inside the bread and pour whatever herbs you want and top it with onions and good to eat, very simple and very fulfilling and nutritious!

My husband is Venezuelan and this way of preparing scrambled eggs is very traditional for them, or a very similar way. It’s called “Perrico”, it’s absolutely delightful! Can’t wait to make this version.

Thank you for this. There's a Colombian cafe near where I live that makes their version of Perico with the big breakfast they serve. I didn't know the name for that style of scrambled eggs. Now I can look up the recipe because you mentioned it :)

Jamie, very nice recipe, i make one very similar, but instead of vinegar, i use some juice out of a jar of bread & butter pickles which has a mixture of a little sweet & a little dill with the vinegar in the jar it works great. The rest of the recipe is basically the same as yours, but i do sometimes use onion buns. I'm 57 irishman & from rural Kentucky, U.S. & been cooking since i was 10 yrs old. Cheers mate !, btw, i like my eggs scrambled wet, not cooked to the point of stiff or rubbery.

Hi Guys!. Brought. A Black Truffle oil, in New Zealand. Smooth, the after taste is peppery, flavour still rolls around on your back palette, captures, all sensors!. Yum.

Why does Jamie call it a spiced tomato chutney? Did I miss the part where he added spice to the pan? At 1:05 he says ‘move the onion and the SPICE around.’
I was thinking the same thing, then I realized, if we get all the ingredients, we don't need to buy the book! (I would buy it anyway as I like his books.)
If he added spice they might’ve cut it out of the video by accident. He probably did add some spice

I wondered about the spice in the onions but guess it was edited out by mistake. Have pre ordered book so will find out next week, lol.
