- It took nine months so far to fix this ugly lawn but I want to show you the transformation. This lawn was full of weeds and the bermuda grass was thin. I started a weed control program last summer and now the lawn is looking much better. I walk you through the process of what I did to the lawn to kill the weed without killing the grass. Enjoy

how funny ... I had to look up dicondra... it's pony foot!!! (who knew that was a weed?). It has grown in areas that I have decorative plants in and I actually like it. Same with horseherb (which is also called something else). to each his own I guess. :-)
