tonymon chana it’s weird, cause you can get stuck in those ruts for days and then you have 5 minutes of no mind and you can’t believe the hell you were going through lol of course tho, that’s the mind coming in again looking back which is then lost again. But God never leaves even when we become blind again. But when you can see again, it’s truly a peace that the Bible says “surpasses all understanding”
Maybe its just me, but I feel so fortunate Eckhart Tolle's around during our lifetime & to have the chance to learn from him. I cant imagine a life lived without an education of the mind from Eckhart.

I listen to Eckhart's sessions so soon after 7/11 and see a living illustration of what the Gita calls perfect equanimity. The is such a deep and compassionate response to that Now. A bus beeped at me crossing the road today.. I have limited mobility and can’t get across the road that fast.. I was a bit annoyed - and then thought “you unconscious little worm...” - cheered me right up! 🤣

There’s loud drilling in the apartment next door today.. hard to concentrate when you’re trying to work from home.. but I just realised the drill’s really saying “o-o-o-o-m, o-o-o-o-m!” 😂 Much easier now!
Priceless! I remember in Australia a woman apologising for her snoring before we all slept ... I thought 'how bad can it be?', how nice of her!! She gave us all ear plugs ... then i found out why!!! It was beyond believable ... but she had been so apologetic and did her best .... i finally fell asleep when i, humorously and out of desperation, created her snoring as birdsong!! Problem solved!! So yes, a pnumatic drill can be saying 'ommmmm'!

At around 36:28, this so resonated with me, if I may paraphrase a bit... "you dissolve all drama through not contributing to drama, with an inner state of non-resistance in the now. See the deeper good that comes in any situation in your life in which you enter this state. Not the 'good' that is between the continuous fluctuations in the world polarities between 'good' and 'bad', but a deeper good."
See, within last 3 minutes, there is " Nothing happens outside me". That means, there is no one to blame, outside you. There is no dual. Only oneness. What is happening in this world is part of us, happening within us.
The truth of non resistance I am finally getting to pay attention to this in myself without Ego creating deniel about it being ok to be a listener accepting that just by holding the other and myself without judging the healing is possible even probable I love this truth of the divine nature within each I am so grateful for Echart gentle way as he shares ☘️👩❤️👩
It upsets "me" that 15 minds disliked this video, but we allow it. Give the pain body space, don't identify with the thoughts, and through 15 unconscious dislikes stillness arises. Thankful so many hear these words
1:18:14 “It means looking through the layers of illusion that pretends to be a person, and not making human unconsciousness into an identity for that person…or you get stuck with the wall of unconsciousness. And when you construct an identity of a person, out of some unconsciousness, you get yourself drawn back to that illusory form of identity. You have to free everyone from that You construct a little form of identity for others, and you’ll get trapped yourself.” This is exactly what Shurangama Sutra, one of the greatest Buddhist Sutra that all Chan Monastery recites every morning, is trying to teach all sentient beings: Returning to the source from all illusions of mind. I recite, study and learn Shurangan Sutra and Mantra with the biggest Chan monastery, Dharma Drum Mountain, for some years, and I’m a Chan practitioner myself in daily life. I’m very surprised and grateful that Eckhart has been teaching this since more that 20 years ago…and I’m now indeed grateful to my previous dreadful journey. How amazing I came to this Omega Institute series teaching of Eckhart after I stopped my daily recites of mantra for a year now, and found the exactly wisdom articulated in modern language and in such a few simple words. Nothing to new to say, nothing new to do. You can remain in this form identity for as long as you feel comfortable with. Interestingly you used Oprah (A powerful rich black woman) to shed awareness into gender and race inequality where a white man gets more opportunities than women and other races 😂 But everyone who is familiar with Oprah is aware of her humble beginnings and how she overcame racial and gender stereotypes, she basically didn’t buy into the collective identity of it! Perhaps you could do this as well. Maybe you have not learned how to do this yet? I have been an eckhart reader and listener for many years. Some people question the legitimacy of what he speaks of. Have you noticed that in the many, many hours he continuously speaks during these retreats that he virtually make no grammatical errors?? I am a good speaker but would struggle to sustain the consistency with no ummmms or awwws for 15 minutes. This in itself is a powerful achievement and demonstrates a connection to the inner conscious. Dr G

After an enraged driver yelled @me, I of course expected an immediate, resentful, defensive anger to arise in me, but it didn't; I felt nothing, no reaction... except a joyful feeling of freedom! Nothing to new to say, nothing new to do. You can remain in this form identity for as long as you feel comfortable with.
Interestingly you used Oprah (A powerful rich black woman) to shed awareness into gender and race inequality where a white man gets more opportunities than women and other races 😂 But everyone who is familiar with Oprah is aware of her humble beginnings and how she overcame racial and gender stereotypes, she basically didn’t buy into the collective identity of it! Perhaps you could do this as well. Maybe you have not learned how to do this yet? If you like to learn more I think you can benefit from listening to Eckhart Tolle with a less judgmental perspective and the willingness to learn something new about yourself. Namaste 🙏

I have been an eckhart reader and listener for many years. Some people question the legitimacy of what he speaks of. Have you noticed that in the many, many hours he continuously speaks during these retreats that he virtually make no grammatical errors?? I am a good speaker but would struggle to sustain the consistency with no ummmms or awwws for 15 minutes. This in itself is a powerful achievement and demonstrates a connection to the inner conscious. Dr G

After an enraged driver yelled @me, I of course expected an immediate, resentful, defensive anger to arise in me, but it didn't; I felt nothing, no reaction... except a joyful feeling of freedom! It was such an odd feeling. 🙂
