How I’m overcoming this, is simply by removing certain apps that caused me to just stroll (even if it meant deactivating social media accounts😬) and keeping the bible, books and journals right next to my bed so that when I wake up, i know that my priority is God and His Word🙏🏽 will pray for you Yassi!
Hey, I have been there, there is victory. I recommend not leaving your phone by you the night before. Sometimes you might have to just resist the urge as much as you want to pick up your phone. THinking about how you will only regret it later. It's not what you need. The moment you wake up, just pray and ask God to help you do your devotions. It's a journey. Don't give up. Keep trying and +praying+. I will pray for you :)

If you haven’t read any of Jen Wilkin’s books she’s an amazing Texas Bible teacher and author. I have learned so much through her gift of teaching how to get back in the word and study it better by not approaching it in ways that it’s about us. I highly recommend her book Woman of the Word. You might already know of it or read it but hey thought I’d share anyway. She worked along side Pastor Matt Chandler at the Village Church :) I am wormy through her bible study on Genesis. I’m going to check this book out. Thank you. I have been working on my morning routine too and the day goes so much better when I’ve had time to sit with God.

Memorize 1 bible verse each week. 3. Read each day's reading from NIV One Year Bible. 4. Listen to 1 podcast or video of Joyce Meyer. 5. Read a portion of "The Story" by Zondervan.
I am going through that book right now as well, just got to the reading a passage part.. after the how to read the bible chapters. It is really helpful so far.

Simply get rid of any crystals if you are involved in that, repent before our Heavenly Father and ask Him to cleanse you and shut doors to the occult from this.
