Such nostalgia it's insane. Makes me sad honestly. Some of the best times ever in this game..
Yeah, it is hard to believe it has almost been 20 years since I first opened that chest for the first time and heard Stones playing. I've never felt this much nostalgia for a game before.
We all did.
Anyone who played Ultima Online during it's early days share something between each other no one will ever understand that did not play this game..... One of the most powerful bonds I have in life is with others who have played Ultima back in the day.... We were all transported to another world... We all shared the magic.
Absolutely, I have many a crazy story and experience myself since t2a and afterword. It was a game beyond its time, I loved it better than Everquest at release due to the danger element of pvp.
Watching this made me feel all warm and tingly inside... the good ol' days! :'(

@PTBrennan Pretty much. The first 4 years of UO were amazing. Never played an MMO that kept my attention more than a month after this game.

Nothing else will ever compare. Some of the best gaming memories (and best memories in general) I've ever had. Logging into beta during the first week and grouping up with others that were equally in awe was indescribable.
Nothing will ever compare to Ultima Online '97 - '99'
Thumbs up if you sat there staring at the "connecting" screen hoping your server wasn't down. I sure as hell did in the early days of UO circa 97,98,99. Sometimes Pacific would be down for days so we made characters on 3 or 4 other shards.
i really REALLY miss the old UO - pre trammel. One of the memories that I will never forget for my life time. Thanks for the memories all

Wow, that actually sent chills through me. Old school. I played from beta to when they decided Richards ( Lord British ) was to be let go. Good plan btw. The game did so well after he left. ( sarcasm ) Any way I really miss the game back in it's true form where you actually had to fear what came on to your screen. You never knew if it were friend or foe. I was a former Counselor for LS and Seige SilverOak at your service.
*Wipes tear from eye* Memories. Played for over 8 years and still can't get over them focking the gameover by making it carebear to keep up with the times. Why?! Anyways, love it and miss it. PKing was so much more fun back in the day.

man, I wanted to play uo just to be greeted by this login screen... the newer version ( from 1998 or something ) isn't as nice
Is there a way to revert the client to use this launcher? I miss this one so much.
BTW: [from the description] Inporylem is now UOAnCorp. They're relaunching soon (fresh) with a bunch of cool stuff. Pre T2A but with some balanced custom features.

Someone worked hard for that intro, then they changed it and crapped all over the good chest with plain gray garbage.
The 2018 version is the worst yet... like wtf... even the graphics are worse in 2018.
