I feel like Insieme represents what Eurovision is all about to me! The inspiring message (despite being pretty stuck to 1990 at large) really warms one's heart, and Toto''s sincerity in performing it really helps. Plus, the orchestral arrangement made a good song great! Probably my favorite winner of all time.

I remember singing this song when i was alone in my house, and in the evening i got the terribly news of his loss. I'm sending my prayers to every italian and to not say all of us europeans who have lost the man who is one of the few to sing about uniting Europe in the contest, truely a legend.
