    "Let's dive into some cheese."
"Oh god he's going to show the Lucky Cigarette Case interaction."
    "So with Perception ... "
    "Oh thank god."
    " ... but that's not all."
    "Oh no."
"So another example here is Lucky Cigarette Case."
"OH GOD. MR. ROOK IS THERE TOO."

Think Trish is my favourite investigator for now, I've not played all of them or even close but I've played her 3 times in totally different ways and enjoyed it. I've got a few others cooked up too and obviously there's some new cards coming in the new set too as well but I will play some more other characters first.

Totally awesome. I only just found this one as I was preparing to make a deck for her.

I just did a run of Innsmouth with Trish but her basic weakness was Doomed. Completely ruined the card draw, and she still died in the 7th scenario creating a paradox.

I'm a newish player running Trish through Dream Eaters right now. I've heard it's impossible to build a bad Trish deck, and I'm inclined to agree. Seeker draw/clue-finding + Rogue economy and tricks means she isn't failing tests, keeps positive tempo with barely trying, and is extremely hard to hurt--even in the mythos phase.
I'd definitely recommend her to new players, especially if they are unsure about their deckbuilding.

Trish could be the investigator that I wish Joe Diamond could be. Definitely worth a look, once I get Innsmouth.

Can you have another player engage shadow agents even though it’s prey only?

Isn't automatically succeeding test consider test at 0 difficulty vs modified skill value (in this case 4 as base agility value vs 0), thus can trigger succeed by 2 effect on pickpocketing(2) ?

Yes, automatically succeeding does exactly that, but Trish is automatically evading, not automatically succeeding an evade action.

Think of automaticity eveding like doing 1 damage or discovering 1 clue

  • @blankiecat9302

I will say the did taboo her so her ability now says automatically evade a non-elit enemy

It did, but we don't recommend the taboo list for new players.

Automatically succeeding not proccing succeed by 2 still seems incredibly unintuitive to me.
The biggest thing for me is her cardpool. All Rogue and low level seeker is a powerful combination.

Automatically succeeding is not the same thing as automatic evade! Trish has automatic evade which is the same thing as ''deal damage'' as an example. Automatic evasion does not trigger effect from succeeding because it's not a test!
While automatically succeeding at a test is the thing where your modified skill value is tested against 0 difficulty and thus trigger all the ability from pickpocketing lvl 2

Like the other guy said, automatically evading shouldn't be seen as automatically succeeding at an evasion. It should be seen as dealing damage or discovering clues, which are different from attacking or investigating.
