Because when its full length, they take so fucking long to get to the point
ALTER was created for short attention span. Many shorts are way better than the average Hollywood feature film with a leading star. Unknowns are sometimes better.

Instead of leaving right away, the first thief tried to get back into the house to help his friend! I guess there is honor amongst thieves.
To be fair, if he didn't try to steal the garbage bag on the way out, none of this would've happened

The main character is just *chef kiss*. Such amazing actor! I would love see him playing this character again and, of course, in another movie. For sure I'll look for his work, but If someone knows him from another movie, I would love see your recommendations!

Were the cops crooked as well? They had the same peel off decal job as the locksmiths and they sure as hell didn't bother to secure a crime scene nor do any further investigation.

You need to watch atleast in 720p to see her shedding a tear. Awesome movie overall. And the good hearted guys had to die in the end.

Oh my God. This was truly horrifying. And I believe it reflects the world too. The nicer one gets it worse.. And the perfect slow burn set up. Like that was damn fine writing. That end with the tear though. DISTURBING!

This was so good! I was so tensed up especially at the end. I felt so bad for that guy that wanted "'out" of robbing houses. Figures it'd be him that gets caught and not the other guy. I really thought the cops were going to at least go inside and check it out, but inside they just take the locksmith/thief away in the car and don't even bother going inside to check if the guy is ok. I was so mad and sad, so this was incredible story writing! 10/10 story for me, the plot was interesting, and everyone portrayed their roles outstanding. Thank you so much for sharing, very entertaining 😄👍👌

The cinematography of this film is AMAZING
Great film! I think the tear is definitely from the thief's eye. May have been purge. When I worked at a funeral home we had a young woman with "tears" running from her closed eyes all through the wake because she was a hefty woman and had retained so much water. It alarmed some guests and others were all sentimental about it. It was sad. However, this body in the film is dry as a bone. I don't think this film is supernatural horror, but one theory I have is maybe his obsessive love has trapped the "spirit" of his dead wife into the reassembled version of herself and she sees & hears everything but is powerless to stop it.

This is exactly how some not all police officer do. They really don't listen then the real criminals gets away. But there's a lot of sick people who would do a crime similar to the guy who wants to rebuild his wife after death. If he really loved her, he should of given her the love in return by letting her rest in peace.

Most cops would have investigated the house and made sure the person that was trying to be robbed was okay. I get they couldn’t because we wouldn’t have seen, but if the other robber explained this the person they just tried to rob was gonna kill his partner, he wouldn’t have died. I wonder how that interrogation session will go...
