She’s right about the world being full of evil; if her grandfather didn’t sexually assault her and throw her out of the house, probably none of this would have happened.
I wonder where the claim that her grandfather had sex with her came from. In a book her friend write, Aileen said it wasn’t true. But maybe she denied it because it’s embarrassing. I don’t blame her if she did, though.

So I guess the men who were cheating on their wives, paying her for blow jobs and quick sex- did they deserve their fate, too?
This is why society must take care of its children. Not just basic needs like nutrition, healthcare, education and housing, but also child mental health. Given a different upbringing, Aileen Wuornos might have turned out to be a doctor, a teacher, a fighter pilot, an artist, a valued member of society, who knows.

There is difference your right. Maybe doing it once to protect yourself yeah but if your luring people with the intent to rob and murder them thats not impulsiveness. THATS EVIL. As long as your a believer and ask for forgiveness then it’s okay. Fucking despicable
I think deep down Aileen Warnos was a good person who happened to get a raw deal in life. Her upbringing was horrific. She never knew love. This is what happens when children aren't loved or treated as human beings. She was a very intelligent woman. She could've done anything. What a waste
Damn y’all going hard on her lol. I get what she’s saying though. What she did was evil as fuck and there is no excusing that but she was really a product of her environment. Unbelievably tough and harsh life experiences early on like being raped and beaten and your own parents not believing you or ever being there for you can lead to a downward spiral in life from the get go. She was indeed an evil and vile person but it was inevitable for her.

This is an amazing confession. What I've read about her past is truly tragic. it does not relieve her responsibity for the murders, but it shows that if you were not loved as a child you will not love as an adult. So sad.
I don't believe it was a confession at all. It's obvious she was telling them what she needed to, to get her death. She didn't care what society thought
Have any of you seen the full documentary that this video is taken from?! This video is clipped. Watch the documentary and see what happens. Once he hid the camera and Aileen was told he wasn't filming anymore you can hear her whispering that it was really self defense but she can't tell anyone. She said she was being tortured in prison and would much rather die. Also she fired her lawyer and defamed her character witnesses when they tried to get her off of death row. She was really desperate to die and sabotaged her own case. I think this all raises an eyebrow. Don't post clipped videos like this. This might be one of the most misleading videos I've ever seen on the internet about something so serious.
Watch the entire documentary. In her last interview she is clearly batshit crazy. Aside from having a classic case of "crazy eyes," she was also talking about how the prison was using radio waves and sound waves to drive her nuts in her cell. I think she even says something like "they were beaming ideas into my head." Sounds a bit like the inspiration for the REM song "What's the Frequency Kenneth." (+1 if anyone gets this reference) Gov. Bush needed to do to appease the angry mob and win an election in Florida. As a consequence, I think we put a schizophrenic person to death.
Misleading? But this makes her look like a much more decent person than she looks in almost any other clip. This is a clip of someone who has committed horrible crimes apologizing and coming clean for doing it. To think that the denials and the ranting and the raving she did was really what we should remember her by - that's extremely sad. I feel like it would be a service to her if this was how people remembered her instead. Most of the time the things she said were outrageous and hyperbolic if they made sense at all.
machineofadream Yes, misleading. Watch the video in its full context please... And I'm not talking about "remembering her by" anything. The issue is whether or not she was mentally insane and/or coerced.
So you think that if she were schizophrenic, it would mean that she couldn't feel sorry for what she'd done? The two things are not mutually exclusive. And why would anyone want to coerce her into saying decent things for once? I just don't think you're doing her any great service by trying to drum up the idea that her being sorry for her crimes was just part of her delusions. If she's actually not sorry about what happened at all, that would seem like a pretty good reason to put her to death, would it not? Does being schizophrenic prevent one from feeling bad about murder? This would be news to me.

@@johnsguitarmusicanddemos @2:48 *so you mean to tell me that her girlfriend knew she was robbing and killing?? sounds like Aileen wasn't the only one who was guilty...*
She's not a psychopath, she's a sociopath. Sociopaths are created through trauma. Sociopaths still have some feelings, they can still feel remorse. The reason why I believe she's a sociopath is because of Tyria Moore. She loves and misses her.
Sociopathy is a term used to describe symptoms rooted in anti-social personality disorder. Which usually begin to manifest during childhood and early development. The term “psychopath” is considered outdated within the DSM-5, because distinctions between the two are no longer recognized. They are essentially the same thing, all categorized under anti-social pathology.
@@sofab4248 I think it's okay to use these terms still to distinguish between the two. Both sociopaths and psychopaths are not terms used by professionals, so they technically cannot be outdated because they aren't used in the professional world. Like you said, professionals use the words "anti social personality disorder." Which is the right way to say it. We need words to distinguish between differences, so I think it's okay to use both sociopath and psychopaths for us non professionals.
@@jukio02 As stated in my previous comment, the term psychopath is no longer recognized within the DSM-5 as an appropriate term to describe pathology associated with anti-social disorders. In general, the term psychopath has been used by the public to distinguish those who display a higher degree of maladaptive personality traits. These include a lack of empathy, dangerous and criminal behavior, and anti social deviances. I’m guessing this is what you were trying to articulate in your comment regarding Aileen. However, from a clinical standpoint the term is not used as a diagnosis. I hope that makes more sense. Edit: My apologies, I forgot to add that I have a bachelor’s degree in psychology. Currently pursuing my M.A in applied psychology, with plans to later train and specialize in treating patients with Cluster B Personality disorders. While I currently don’t make claims as an expert in the field, I also wouldn’t exactly refer to myself as a non-professional.
@@sofab4248 I never once said or claim to be a psychologists. I'm only using these terms because everyone knows what they are, now. Not every criminal has the same mental state, that's why I am using these terms to distinguish between the two. The right terminology is antisocial personality disorder, I know this.
I’m so grateful a brilliant documentarian told Eileen’s story with compassion and fairness to all concerned. The follow up film where Nick interviews Eileen’s best friend from their childhood in Michigan is even better if not twice as heartbreaking. She was not born a killer she crumpled under the weight of all the evil she endured and she snapped and became extremely dangerous to middle aged men who pick up prostitutes. I usually never feel sympathy for killers, and I especially can't stand when killers use their hard life as an excuse for their crimes. But I honestly feel sorry for her. I've read information about the sexual and physical abuse she suffered pretty much her entire life, and I feel like if I had lived her life I would've gone off the deep end, and can't imagine where I'd end up. I'm not excusing what she did, she committed horrible crimes and she deserved to pay for it which she did. And I know everyone goes through painful situations and hardships in their life, and not everyone ends a killer or serial killer. But people need to realize that everyone reacts to bad situations differently. Some people succumb to the horrible circumstances in their life and turn into drug addicts, prostitutes, and killers/serial killers. And some people are able to rise above it and become productive members of society. Nevertheless no one is perfect and no one should judge another person for their life unless they've walked in their shoes.
I absolutely agree! She had NO chance at life. Even to the very end ppl were using her for their own gain. Her lawyer, the "Christian" woman, media, etc. She NEVER experienced a moment of love in her life. Very sad & tragic!
if someone threat you with a gun, rob, stole your car, kill your parent or kill you - are you going to lay there in blood feeling all sympathetic towards your enemy like - all she needed was a hug? sure. shut the fk up
I still empathize and sympathize with her at the end of the day. When life is so cruel, and you have gone through so much abuse, neglect, abandonment and oppression as an individual, something in you will finally just snap. I can’t imagine how much anger and pain someone would harness after living such a cruel life. She felt the world gave up on her, because it did, and she felt the need to take justice into her own hands, get her revenge. Take her power back. There has to be an outlet for such pain and suffering eventually, she just chose the wrong one unfortunately. Once you finally snap, there’s no reversing it. You’re never the same. It’s rare that a complete monster is born, they are created and are victims of horrible circumstances. I’m very thankful a majority of man kind will never have to know the pain and suffering that this woman experienced mentally and physically. I respect her for coming clean. Evil lies within all of us. She is correct about that. Sometimes being a victim or horrible suffering and circumstances can become a catalyst in allowing that evil to manifest.
I find myself captivated by Aileen. She just steals my attention right away. People say she wasn't attractive but I have this gift that sees the good in people that nobody else can see. No matter how disgusting nor how terrible one can be, there's always something beautiful that comes out of it all. She loved but wasn't loved back . She had to know that eventually when tyra pointed her finger and blamed her for it all. Aileen is still seen smiling at tyra with this in love smile. She still wanted the best for tyra. That shows how Aileen is still human and not monster.
The death of her grandmother at 15 hit her hard. Her grandmother may not have shown her a lot of love, but she didn’t abuse her, either. Men always abused her one way or another. Her last relationship (which was her first lesbian relationship) was with a woman who left her, two months after she had bought her pressure cleaning equipment to help her start her own business. Tyra was the closest thing to love that’s she had ever had. When Tyra betrayed her, it was evident that she was not going to be in her life anymore, so now she has nothing. Yeah, I can see why she was ready to leave this planet.

Random clip I never paid attention to is 1:50 “We are all full of evil one way or another” I’ve heard that before. By Richard Ramirez in an interview in prison “we are all evil in some form or another, are we not?” Craaaazy
Aileen was absolutely right... How could ANYBODY go through what she did without breaking... I left an abusive home at age 16 and was angry, desperate and sad for decades... What I went through was paradise compared to Aileen's life... All she needed was love, loyalty and support... Not too much to ask... RIP Aileen and the victims... God's compassion is endless.
I've seen the Behaviour panel clip on Ramirez, he had all those prepared lines to make himself seem intellectual and how it's really society's fault he did all those things, one interviewer even calls him out on it and Ramirez knowingly laughs, they have it down as psychopathic behaviour which is what Aileen was, she doesn't mean any of it, only sorry she got caught
I've never seen this clip before. I still feel bad for what she went through as a child which I believe is why she turned out this way but I'm blown away.
I'm not trying to say what she did was okay, but damn, having been mistreated by all those men all your life, being raped, abused, and molested all your life, I can see how her hatred of men developed. I mean, at least she had multiple, genuine reasons to hate unlike Elliott Rogers who wanted revenge for being a virgin. What she did wasn't right, but the way people treated her throughout her life, I'm not completely surprised she went down that road.
Nicole Roberts Her past doesn't justify what she did. She KILLED people. People who have gone through so much worse haven't killed anyone, but suddenly it's okay for her too? Her life didn’t have to be like that. Poor thing. I hope she’s in a better place now and all the men that failed her pay for what they did to her
Looking at the way she spoke here I feel a strange sorrow for this woman. She confesses everything, and tries to tell no lies, even though she doesn't feel emotional sorrow for what she did. This is a psychopath knowing she did wrong, but can't feel it, because she has no empathy in her brain. It must be a strange world for these people.
+Piano_Master_524 Just for the record, psycopaths can be very emotional and even seem to feel very sorry when someone gets hurt. Psycopaths can appear in many many different forms. Not just apathetic.
I'm not convinced she was a psychopath; she was definitely more of a sociopath, as her environment as a child made her that way. That being said, she's one of the few serial killers you can genuinely feel sorry for. I feel like she was a battered and troubled woman who got twisted up and ruined by the world, and becoming a killer was the end result for her. She probably did have a level of empathy, but not remorse.
Well I read that after the cameras were off she was caught saying that she said all that just so they would give kill her. She didn't want to be alive anymore. She did a last interview the day before execution where she says once again that it was self defense.
Used to believe she was just a lunatic who hated men and serial killed men. Monster got me interested in her and these interviews show she just wanted a normal life and struggled. Deeply hurt human being who lashed out. I feel really sorry for her. I hope she is at peace.
The way she smiles at 3:00, I think if she could got proper care and medical treatment, she could spent rest of her life peacefully. There was still a human inside her even after going through all that shit since her childhood.
Deep down, I know there was a very kind, compassionate, loving person hiding beneath all of that trauma and anger- look at how she speaks of Tyra, and did still til the day she died, knowing Tyra is a major reason why she’s being executed. Even faced with such betrayal, she still showed so much love for her. Deep down she was so desperate for the love she was never shown, and more than capable.

This is why society must take care of its children. Not just basic needs like nutrition, healthcare, education and housing, but also child mental health.
Thank you, I knew she was forced to say this, and than I read your comment. She does not look like a bad person to me. She deserved a second chance.
Watch the entire documentary. In her last interview she is clearly batshit crazy. Aside from having a classic case of "crazy eyes," she was also talking about how the prison was using radio waves and sound waves to drive her nuts in her cell. I think she even says something like "they were beaming ideas into my head." Sounds a bit like the inspiration for the REM song "What's the Frequency Kenneth." (+1 if anyone gets this reference)
Gov.

Fantastic.

@@swannoir7949 I mean... have you ever lived with and loved a murderer when you, deep down, know it's morally reprehensible? Truly baffled at all the sympathy for a murderer who made her victims out to be scumbags and the hatred for a woman she dragged into her mess. Tyra didn't betray anyone, she turned her in because it was the right thing to do. Can tell none of her victims are related to you.
@@Peacefulpreface6323 I guess you can ask that same question to the women who knew their husbands were in the klan, lynching Black folks, but still stayed married to them. Like that white woman who accused Emmit Till of whistling at her. Hell, she knew her husband killed him, and she still stood by his side. A great many southern White women from not too long ago, knew their husbands had a few bodies, and knew why. Just had some country-bama Senator just recently say he wish Public hanging would come back. Don’t come at me like you are the moral authority. Tyra did what she had to do, but it still was a type of betrayal to a person like Lee. Lee didn’t drag Tyra into anything. She was a grown ass woman who choose to stay, and took advantage of the fact that Lee had no one, and she stayed until shit went left. You got a lot a nerve to judge me, when you live in a country that is the epitome of moral decay. Her victims weren’t related to me, sure wasn’t. But that’s the chance you take when you dabble in world of prostitution with unknown strangers.
She had a horrible, abusive life! I can't justify her actions, but I can understand how they happened.
God bless Aileen rest in peace x
Probably one of the saddest interviews I've ever seen. Such a lost soul. I hope she found some sort of peace in the end....I really do.
at least she tried to do the right thing by telling the truth during her last moments.
Moonlight Stardust nah she wanted it to go.
she is being honest here.
james b no. She's not. She was saying she killed Richard Mallory in cold blood and that's not true. She killed him in self defense. She wanted to quicken her execution
none of us will know for sure, only aileen so will even speculate on it?
watch the video from the day before her execution...she totally turns it all around on the victims and th cops, she didnt repent at all in the end!
This lady deserves a medal for getting rid of disgusting sexual deviates
I feel bad she got the death penalty because if you look into what she went through, that’s really sad but I’m not saying that the people that she killed deserved that.
She is the sexual deviant. By definition
@james randy sounds funny but it's definitely safer
@james randy if they could get a job im sure they would rather do that than have to resort to a last option or circumstances out of there control. To say it doesnt affect a womans mental health is a blatant lie no woman wants thats for there future: Some men should just stick to p*rn and stop paying for sex its actually disgusting to me but thats my opinion. Support it as much as you want but im sure if these women had better options theyd be so something different such as collague most stories i hear about this is that they have no options or real family in there life. No girl grows up thinking i want to be a prostitue im sure they expected there life to be way different.
@@user-mn8tz4nf2s lol its definitely not safer at all going to school or having a job or some sort of qualification from studying is safer.
She kept changing her mind poor woman.
That Mallory rape drove her insane..
This may sound weird but I hope she was truly sorry and found some kind of peace. She was failed by everyone in her life.
Random clip I never paid attention to is 1:50
“We are all full of evil one way or another” I’ve heard that before. By Richard Ramirez in an interview in prison “we are all evil in some form or another, are we not?”
Craaaazy
i noticed too, what a coincidence!!
I just hope Aileen finally found some peace. Rip Aileen
If I had a childhood, and life like Aileen, I'd blow away those johns, too.
Evan Goch I was making a flippant comment. Murder is murder.
Nicole Roberts Her past doesn't justify what she did. She KILLED people. People who have gone through so much worse haven't killed anyone, but suddenly it's okay for her too? No. You can't justify murder. She was perfectly fucking sane. And you know what, There was no proof of any of these alleged self defence's or rapes. So now we're all just going to trust what a murder says? And you know what, you go ahead and kill those 'johns' You'll be executed just like she was, because that's murder. It's unjustifiable and its against the law.
Ashtray She put herself in those situations over and over again. She's absolutely guilty, as you say. She made the choices and paid the price, just like those men did unfortunately.
Brian Galloway Completely agree.
Rip Aileen. I really hope you found peace.
Rip Richard Ramirez to.
@@anotherbigfootwithinternet2147 nah
@@edkind3024 then why RIP Aileen Wuornos? People seem to give a pass to Aileen Wuornos for having a bad childhood but Richard Ramirez had a way worse childhood.
@@anotherbigfootwithinternet2147 nah to both in my opinion
@@edkind3024 that's fair.
I honestly feel so sorry about her. I researched Aileen’s life and it was a life of horror , abuse and neglect. Not only was she failed by every single male in her life , every single male in her life abused her and took advantage of her. She’s deff a killer that was made not born. Her life didn’t have to be like that. Poor thing. I hope she’s in a better place now and all the men that failed her pay for what they did to her
She is not a monster, she's a little girl who was never loved.
The monster pop out some times. If the time is right anyone can do terrible things, just as she says.
+Allison Martin, just fyi, she was diagnosed with Borderline Personality Disorder as well. It could explain the switching.
+Piano_Master_524 I don't think she was a psychopath, you don't have to be one to kill people.... she doesn't sound like one at all....
Atleast she was honest in the end. I believe her when she say she's sorry for everything that happened. She just had a tough life and was angry.
Awwww sweetheart. I’m so sorry your life was so hard. Rest In Peace 😇
Used to believe she was just a lunatic who hated men and serial killed men. Monster got me interested in her and these interviews show she just wanted a normal life and struggled. Deeply hurt human being who lashed out. I feel really sorry for her. I hope she is at peace.
R.i.p Aileen wuornos ❤️

RIP 🥀
Fuck Feminism 🖕🖕🖕
this monster is a misandrist magnet. simple as that.
The way she smiles at 3:00, I think if she could got proper care and medical treatment, she could spent rest of her life peacefully. There was still a human inside her even after going through all that shit since her childhood.
Given this woman’s life and the abuse she suffered from such a young age, I’m not shocked she hated dudes so much.
Sick take on things. You think it's fine that she murdered 7 innocent men so that she could rob them of their wallets??? She later admitted that none of the 7 had threatened her either.
Thank the Lord Jesus heard her cry and brought her home. I’m astonished and thankful I didn’t have that kind of life. This is heart breaking and sad. May the Lord forgive me for my complaints 😔.
amén!
Poor lady, undoubtedly an intelligent person. Too bad she was dealt a bad hand in life.
Caution, men who use hookers, watch your back.
no. she was a murderer.
Her iq was 81
She is very stupid
@@Chlorine_Gas where are you getting this information and how do you know it's accurate?
nice ta-tas, bro.!!!!
She should have been given a life sentence instead of the death penalty because of her terrible childhood and other mitigating circumstances.
They say you have to take responsibility in life and unfortunately for some life is cruel and sad…RIP TO ALL.
"and I still miss her and I still love her" 😔
I've watched multiple documentaries about her & I feel so bad for her tbh. Not excusing what she did but her life was unfortunate. Childhood abuse, etc.. does affect people differently.
She was a rly good person MEN made her like that
Mad because men have rejected you your whole life?
It warms my heart to read the comments under all the videos about Aileen, to see that people actually understand the difference between a cold blooded serial killer and a human being who was so abused from the day she was born that she turned out doing bad things herself! R.I.P Aileen, I hope you finely found peace 💜
YES!!
But she was a cold blooded killer richard ramirez also had a terrible childhood but I don't think you'd express the same sympathy for him murder is murder no matter how severe it is
Because she was a woman?
@@hueyfreeman6262 no she has absolutely nothing in commun with him!
@@JC2023HD no not because she was a woman. I have no sympathy for Lori Vallow Daybell for example, she deserve the worst sentence, so no need to pull out the "you're just a feminist" card.
I appreciate her honesty in the end .. that shows she had a soul and want to leave this earth clean!
After this when he hid the camera and lied to her and said the camera was off she said it was in self defense again

This movie was amazingly done, loved it
She wasn't sorry that those families lost their loved ones. The way she said it was super cold. I used to sympathize with her. But now I realize, the police didn't make her a murderer. She made the choice seven times to be a murderer.
I might be wrong but my heart went out to her. The victims too..the innocent ones x
All 7 were innocent victims. May she rot in hell
