Ground Instructor do play a really crucial part in training a pilot. They must ensure all the students imparting with the knowledge and help them to pass the exams before proceeding to flying wing.
They are more like an educator, besides teaching them relevant knowledge, they inculcate the students with good attitude to become a pilot.
