Living like locals in Tulum | Is it sustainable? | Cheap Tacos, Working from home & Cenotes

After a while, we really started to settle into Tulum like it was our home and I must say I prefer it that way. After getting a taste of the resorts and expensive beach clubs along Tulum Beach, I found a deeper appreciation for the Center of Tulum where more of the locals are. This week I remember feeling like a part of the community after shopping for food and fruits with local vendors, returning to the nail salon where our girls would get us right every time, and even getting our laundry done at the local laundry mat after I realized how hard it is not having an automated washer and dryer. If you watched my last Tulum video you know I was not shy about telling you how I felt about this growing city, but I can say it's these small things I miss the most.
