Those drag radials helped the 5.0 on the hit but ol L99 is strong up top, which is where Coyotes are supposed to shine🤔, that LS3 FBO E85 WR is lit, good stuff bro!
O yea. That ls3 is no joke.
It's a cold air headers car. They do good up top but they don't really "shine" up top till you swap the intake manifold and Rev to 7500-8000 rpm.
Coyote needs a manifold then there top end strong but good race bro

Looks to me like the mustang driver needs to do a better job shifting not very good at catching those upper gears otherwise it'd be a different outcome

Why do they do this
Damn that tells me 5.0s are faster because it was only bolt ons sealed motor, where as l99 was basically bolt ons & on top of that open engine work such as upgraded cam, etc. & you barely walked it, still love them both but i gotta give it to the ford
The 5.0 is a larger motor with 4 cams so makes sense.
That Camaro is just bolt ons. It’s a just intake, headers, and e85.
What’s done to the first Maro ?
Headers. Intake. E85. Front and rear drag set up. Lotta weight reduction.

@@2sstexasgiant528 ever think about tryin one?i had one on a v6 genesis coupe and i put one on my 1le you could tell a bit more on the genesis .i dont think it adds much power but i think it helps a little and i dont notice anything different on the gauges i believe its 25%.
