  • This electronics video tutorial provides a simple way to create an oscillator circuit using a 6V battery, an inductor, a motor, a resistor and a multimeter to test it. By the way, the waveforms generated by small motors spinning fast tend to very spiked distorted waveforms. If you wish to generate a sine wave with this circuit, use a larger slow spinning motor with an additional capacitor connected in parallel with the resistor. I was able to generate a sine waveform using the large motor shown at a time stamp of 2:20 while using an inductor of 10 mH in place of the transformer and an additional 220 uF across a 1K resistor. The 220 uF resonated with the 10 mH inductor and the inductance of the motor creating a decent sine wave. It also served to filter out any high frequency spikes that may have been produced in this circuit.

Why is not motor in line with capacitor? Why would the same current flow both through motor and capacitor if they are in parralel connection? I cannot understand

How is that simple? You use a motor.

Please tell me the name of the lrogram you draw with, and the namd of the method itself (black color page and colof changing pen)

I think this is why the old AM radio stations had a motor in their circuits?

If I replace the motor with an inductor will that still make an oscillator circuit?

برو بیرون از این سابجکت.برو یک جای خلوت خودت رو رها کن که راحت بشی و زیاد به خودت فشار نیار خطرناک هست

very very BAD. Use a correct circuit with transistor or OpAmp !!!
