Hey TD big fan from pune. My native is from kokan region of Maharashtra. It is beautiful place and would love if you visit some of that region and places like ratnagiri, vengurle, malvan beaches, tarkarli (similar to goa but almost no commercialization). This region is called as a California of Maharashtra. Btw one of the most popular youtuber from kokan @goshtakokanatli is also in keral. If you two can meet then it will be great to watch. Please check once.
You should also have one Ooty Coonor Coorg and Kodaikanal trip in south. You will be amazed

Clay oven is the best restaurant/south Indian dhaba on the way to Munnar from Kochi airport. The food is yumm. You could have tried their vada with coconut chutney.....their chutney is so fresh.
Pineapple pachidi. another one is Avial (yellow veg mix) mix with your fingers and eat!! and banana, keer, and papad mix together and eat in the end.
