- Brat Fest in Madison was wild! Awesome gig and a ton of fun recording this for you guys, I even met a couple of you! Hope you guys dig this gig with LANCO. This was one for the books! Drop a comment on what your favorite part was!
- Hudba
Hell yeah! That there is how you take over the stage! Like watching a great quarterback go to work. You sir are a bad man.
Another great video; super solo performance. Pinch yourself; you’re living every bedroom guitarist’s dream. 😉
Doing my best! Thank you for the comment!
Dude, I am hooked on your videos. I feel like you just had like 2k subs a week ago and now you're almost to 9 already! Super stoked for more and hope to see you sometime.
And that ending was KILLER!
That was classic "This Les Paul will not stay in tune" ... every LP I've owned I had to change the tuning gear, which is ridiculous considering how waaaayyyyy over-priced they are. ✌
If you're running through that AC30's Top Boost (which it looks like you are), that may explain the high end tone that you don't prefer. That's definitely going to give your guitar that treble boost. Thanks for taking us along on this gig. Closest I'll ever get to this world. Keep 'em coming!
I think you’re right! I tried both but I loved it with my DGT
Cool to see you jamming full tilt at the show -- thanks for taking us along for the ride! I lived in Madison for a few years, nice city - glad you got a chance to check it out. That farmer's market circles the State Capitol and I've busked on State Street, which connects the Capitol building to the University campus - some nice places along State street to grab a bite to eat. You've got to get cheese bread when you're in the land of cheese heads : )
The cheese bread was worth it! Was a cool farmers market, and a great time. Thanks for the watch and the comment!!
Tasty guitar playing! Subscribed. Great videos! Wish you all the best.
Ha! The cheese bread scene! Yes....we Wisconsinites love our cheese! And that farmers market is always super crowded! And wow....that guitar solo at the end was killer!!!!!
Thank you! Haha it was a ton of fun and a great day!
Just found your channel tonight randomly. I enjoyed it a lot. I was in cover bands in high school and a bit after. Nothing crazy but some good fun. My dad was a horn man and ran his own band, so I’ve been talking gigs and listening to it for a long time. Loved the detail you go into on your videos and the insight you provide. I know it’ll be huge for kids thinking about going to Nashville or becoming serious players. Wish you nothing but the best and look forward to more videos.
Thank you for the watch and a superb comment! Glad you're enjoying these videos, I have a lot of fun making them. More to come!
The sound company that provided your p.a. And back line is Intellasound. They are a top notch company. I’m glad you had fun in Madison
Thanks for giving them a shoutout. They were awesome to work with!
Killed it. Pleasure to watch. Thank you
Tim, great post. Fantastic job on your solo. Loved it. Thanks for taking the time to give us your insight.
Great video and the solo OMG you killed it. loving the channel it's so refreshing to find a musician who genuinely enjoys sharing the journey good and bad. (I don't think I would be so calm if my gear didn't get to me on time) looking forward to the next installment. stay safe J.
Thank you! You can only control what you can control! Glad you liked the video!
Awesome stuff Tim. Congratulations on the success and thanks for sharing it with us.
Wish you guys all the luck in the world! Love your cool sweet/kind/chill vibe! Thanks for taking us all along!!!!
As soon as you post a video I click "Like" and then view it. Then I have to think of a smart/clever comment to post 😄
BTW re: backline. The best gigs I've played are with Vox AC30s. They just sit so well in the band mix - and they take pedals great. My 2nd choice is any Fender valve amp.
Another great video, Tim. Keep doing exactly what you're doing. You'll be a first call session player sooner than later if you stay with it. You're the next generation.
GREAT JOB!!! KEEP ROCKIN’!!!
SO PROUD OF YOU!!!🎸🎶🎉❤️🙏☀️🎶
Tim, that was sooo cool! From the cheese bread to killer performance on stage! Great video 🤘🏻

So glad to see you played in Madison! So much incredible music has been created and played there over many, many years, and now your licks are permanently stored in the that energy grid. 👏 🙏

I wanted to say that too but my comment was already really long. I'm glad you said it. He's shining on that stage & owning it. IMO, he's an incredible asset to the band.

Thank you for the watch and comment, I’m glad you’re enjoying it!!
So excited for this video! Keep it up Tim!
Also, you’re being a real adult about the drama. Most of that is people trying to stir it up. You’re doing the right thing! Stay positive. Don’t feed the stirrers.
Thank you! I agree, I have no interest. Thanks for the watch and comment!
Ayy Kevin w the smooth gristlemaster 😫😍
Good job my man… good job.
Good time Tim and great playing i have played the mainstage like y'all did like 4 or 5 times with Montgomery gentry and Eddie rabbit so your more of a rock player in an americana band...sounded great Tim....
Hi again Tim. My first comment earlier didn't post: Glad to see you quickly adding lots of subs. I am doing my part to spread your name/channel. PS Guitar tone at show was great 💙

Thank you so much! Excited about it! And yes they do
Hey Tim, love your channel. I'm a working guitarist in LA. Will keep my eyes peeled for LANCO and hope to cross paths someday!
Welcome to Wisconsin! Have you had your cheese yet today? No? Ok I'll stop and these 4 loaves of cheese filled bread should hold you over til dinner time.
Haha was a great experience!
Thanks Tim for the vids , love it. And yeah have nothing to do with negativity. Tasty playing.....really tasty...
Thank you!!
Will see you at Freedom Wi this summer!
Badass performance!
Thank you!
first reference to internet haters this channel MUST be blowin up! Great videos Tim!
Thanks for the watch!! 🤐
So true! Unfortunately, haters & trolls are a sign of success. How miserable must those people be to always throw negativity around? It's yucky & toxic. They must live a miserable existence. How could anyone not like Tim? It's probably ugly jealousy. He's got a sincere kind personality & loves what he's doing. I & I'm sure many others like yourself want the best for him!
28:52 is such an awesome clip and some solid crowd work! Sounded so good!
Thank you! Was a ton of fun

Hey Thanks man I appreciate you! Next time!
Dude you're solo was kick ass, little bit of a hard rock/metal vibe. That was nice to see you jam some of the minor pentatonic stuff. Really liking this going on tour with you doing these small to medium sized gigs! This one at the fair was really cool I really enjoyed it and I was happy for you and you looked great. Kicking some major ass looks like the crowd is really into it. Your band rocks. Not much of a country guy but you guys do it!!!;💯 Keep up the good work See you on the next one Thanks a lot Tim! Peace brother....
Thanks for the nice comment and watching! Was a ton of fun and I’m glad you enjoyed it!

What? A Less Paul that doesn't stay in tune? That's so very rare! 😆
Hahahaha
Cheese bread from the cheese-heads. I bet the beer was flowing there too!
It was and was awesome!!
24:48 Best part! lol. (for me)
Forget the "this or That", this channel is awesome! So... what airline lost the gear?
My Grandmother would make you eat something she made even though you were totally stuffed and had nowhere else to put anything but you still had to do it you couldn't tell her no thank you. You just choked it down anyways! I'm glad your Guitars and equipment didn't end up on a flight to New Zealand I know you were so relieved when they showed up. I seen some of the concert footage. Wow that was a bunch of people! You sounded fantastic. Thanks for a great video Tim.
Haha love it! Hey thank you, I’m glad they did too, thank you for watching and the comment!!
Nice ending great energy and guitar!! Y’all need a floor fan for the effect.
Haha I do! Thanks for the watch and comment!
Good for you man. I had a similar experience in the early 70's. I got hooked up with a popular traveling show band. I worked with them almost 4 years. We traveled all across Canada and mostly the US East Coast and Wisconsin.
(I blew it though. One of the girls ended up getting pregnant... I love my son but it changed my whole life. Be very careful in that department).
We didn't use many effects those days. No one had a pedalboard. I had an ES335 plugged straight into a Fender Pro Reverb. It's a lot of fun and you meet the greatest people. They always want to feed you, haha. I enjoy your videos, thanks.
What was the name of your band ?
@@benallmark9671I doubt you would know the group. It was a very popular Hawaiian Show Band that I got hooked up with. They were on the Ed Sullivan Show, did a couple Bob Hope Tours in Nam, that was before I was with them. We played mostly upscale large venues, festivals, fair...
@@benallmark9671The name was, get this, ha!! Prince Liufau and His Hawaiian Fabulous Review, my years 1971-1974.
@@lazyboyandtherockers8050 cool. Thanks for sharing that.
@@benallmark9671No problem, I was a great experience.
Great
Great video! Where did you get that jacket? lol
I hope to meet you when your in California.I live in Hawaii but am in California for awhile
