Then again, I don't know what your total budget is -- NYC's budget in 2017 was $82B USD but a quick google didn't find Copenhagen's. I mean if you're spending $10 billion, even if you're paying them $40 an hour for 50 hours a week, that's still only $20,800,000 a year for 200 workers. Even if we triple that for insurance etc, that's still about $60 million a year. So even for a 10 year project it's still only $600 million. Sure a lot of money to waste, but it's only a small percentage of the project. How many more unnecessary workers are being hired? Or is it that you're hiring consultants who's salaries are more in the range of $1 million + per year than construction workers?
