I've been thinking about kabobs for a week. The rain is taking a break, it might be the day for it! Thanks for the baking soda tip! 😘
We really enjoyed these. There were no leftovers! 🙂
That looks so good Ken. Great method for cooking everything. Best Regards, Kevin
Thanks Kevin, I appreciate it! 🙂
Looks so good! Been hearing more about tenderizing meat with baking powder!
I used baking soda, not baking powder. There is a difference. Thanks for watching!
Recipe says powder

Yuuum! Be right over.
Ha! That would be nice. Thanks for watching!
I loved learning about the baking soda/water trick for the meat. But I have a question: I can’t find Dale’s steak seasoning where I live. I see it on Amazon, but is there a substitute? Or a copycat recipe for that delicious looking steak sauce?
I LOVE your videos and look forward to each one!! Thank you for your time and hard work!
First of all, thanks for watching and commenting! Have you tried an internet search for homemade Dale's Steak seasoning? Here is one: www.cdkitchen.com/recipes/recs/13/dales-seasoning158330.shtml (I would reduce the amounts to try it out).
Im going to try that❤

I can find the recipe I was going to write it down. Would u do the chicken like that with baking soda
@@carolirvin9195 Chicken is already very tender. No need to tenderize it. 🙂
Thanks for another good one, Ken!
Is that a recipe for four servings?
Well, it can be. Should be. I admit we overindulged on this one. It was so good it didn't last between the two of us.
@@KenClick I'm not judging. I've been guilty of that, a time or two...hundred. LOL
@@ErnieB 🙂👍
Very good! But, for me I'd get rid of the peppers & put Pineapple on instead. We're just making bacon burgers right now. 🍔🍔

I’m majorly triggered by your use of dish towel on that bowl contaminated by raw meat. A paper towel would have been the better choice.
No contamination. You just have a hair trigger. 🙂
