    How much I love to see a player as tall as Tsitsipas still have the courage to come up to the net. Keep playing doubles and have a well rounded game, you'll do just fine.

    I am a Federer fan, but I admit that Tsitsipas played attractive all-court tennis in the process of beating Roger that day and I would like to see him play more of this kind of tennis. Maybe I might consider following his matches when Roger retires.

    ST was on this day and was not going to be denied. It shows a lot of intestinal fortitude to lose a close first set like that and not get disheartened and sort of peter out. He needs to learn to keep playing CONSISTENTLY well like this to rise to the level of the Big 3 or 4.

    6:34, this might be the difference with Fed right now. Maybe that was a mishit, but the entire half of the court was open and he played it right back to Tsisipas. Two years ago he would have gone down the line.

    Federer is still the better player, I mean we'll see how good Tsitipas is when he's 37 (in 17 years time). Howevever, I still like the way he plays; it is a clear imitation of how Federer plays (something which I am striving to perfect as well) so I must wish them both a good future/career.
    I'm still a Federer fan, no matter who he wins or loses against

      @krisushi1 Před 5 lety

      Harrish Mathiyalagan Federer is a rarity amongst players. It is highly unusual for someone to still be playing singles at 37yrs. Most have well and truly retired. Tsitsipas, at his height, would most probably not be playing just like many others who want to finally have a stable family life without dragging them around the World or missing them terribly when they're not there. It's a hard life. I take each player as they come.

Imagine reliving some of the great Roddick/Federer finals, the Federer/Nadal finals, the matches when Djokovic entered the elite status, and even the Isner/Mahut match. I think it would be amazing if you were able to make these for more of the great matches of all time!

    I like tsitsipas. He believes in himself gets bummed when he loses. To some they may take it as arrogance, but not so. His form is different some may argue not technically sound. Doesn't matter he has balls and fight and that's enough. Good luck you Greek punk rock bastard.
