Thanks for putting out this review, I've been quite curious about the durability of Osprey London bags. Responding to your observation about the placement of zippers, they're actually done correctly. Handbag etiquette requires the bag to be worn on the left shoulder, leaving the right hand free for handshakes or what nots, so the zip is closer to you when you want to unzip your bag to take something out. Cheers!

What you say about the zipper direction is my personal annoyance on any bag I've owned over the years it simply makes no sense to have it back to front. Why do they continue to do this.
