- Beamz have been widely criticized as a toy and they should not be associated with DJing. This is a very easy point to agree with when you have people such as Grandmaster Jay who have supposedly been paid $186 million to endorse this piece of plastic.
Grandmaster Jay has claimed on several occasions that he is known as a legend and a pioneer of Hip Hop. However, no one has ever heard of the guy and this includes true legends such as DJ Jazzy Jeff and Grandmaster Flash.

The thing that really confuses me is his claim that he's won eight Grammys. Like, that's such a dumb claim to make, since it's the easiest thing in the world to prove false. It's so weird.
