The APSTS authorities should persuade the concerned travel agency to maintain these buses properly, since this is associated with the image of the organization. Moreover, the vehicular staff should get adequate rest considering the fact that they are responsible for the safety and security of passengers.

State governments should strictly check on the company cause 80% people will blame directly on APST and all this for only 20% of royality profit . And at the same time we the citizens are equally responsible for maintaining the quality .

That lemon is not Gondhoraj...It is a different variety called 'Kazi' Nemu(lemon).
Gondhoraj is Jora Nemu in Assamese.

The review that you gave that you do not get info about Driver and Conductor is WRONG. You will get infos over printed/downloaded Ticket and SMS that you get on mobile. Also for pickup, you can directly call Conductor and he will promptly respond nicely, and you can discuss him about pickup point.
Also the bus station that you had shown was old bus stand which is now no longer APST bus station but is now being distroyed and converted to common parking place. A lot of construction is going on, so the place looks in shambles. But for ease of passengers boarding from Itanagar, they start from near Hanuman Mandir, Itanagar. So this info was wrong again.
Cleanliness part is absolutely correct, which authorities and passengers should keep note of.
You should have consulted nearby people before giving these wrong infos.

nice video, but you should work on your video editing level like when you passing through any border areas or you may show pin location of that particular areas were you traveling so that we viewers can understand geographical areas of our Indian states cz many of other state don't know about north eastern part of India..

You complaint more than you appreciate. You don't travel to arunachal often hence don't compare it to other states. At least we have minimum bangladeshi here as compared to your state Bengal. Which happens to be the worst state of India.

That is not bus stand. The info was wrong. It was previously but right now there is ISBT and the location shown is being destroyed and converted to common parking place. So, the place is in shambles.
