      @harrymills2770 Před 2 měsíci +1

      Yeah. Kelce's first few seasons, he didn't produce much if they didn't scheme him the free release. Now, he'll hang in there to block for a 2- or 3-count, and then peel away for the "How did that happen?" reception. I don't know that he could keep a DE engaged for that count when he first hit the league. He wasn't a very good chipper, at first. Now he's one of the better in-line blockers, imho.
      The better he is as a blocker, the better a weapon he becomes. I think he's checked just about all the boxes for the all-around TE. Gronk was better in-line from the beginning, and it took Kelce a while to get there, I think. One of the reasons Kelce's so great is he eliminates his weaknesses. Eventually Father Time will catch up, but he's pretty complete, now.

    When an elite tight end has an elite quarterback that's in sync with eachother, this is what happens.
    Mahomes knows what Kelce is gonna do before he even makes his 1st move.
    The timing is impeccable. No linebacker or defensive back can defend this. It takes an elite safety like Ed Reed to lock down this matchup.

    These explanations are really helpful guys! You have shown that Travis scouts out the open areas in zone coverage all the time. Patrick sees those openings as well and knows that Travis is going to be there and gets the ball in the air before Travis makes his move. So I don't think this is not backyard football at all. I have to believe that Reid is 100% in the loop.

    It’s impossible to always cover a guy who runs to the open spot of the field and not a route. That’s what Kelce does and his chemistry with Mahomes makes it works. He’ll literally change his route based on the defense. The only way to ensure it is to always cover all parts of the field at all times. That’s a tall order.

The chiefs already had the lead so the chiefs just moved the ball conservatively, didn't take risks of turning the 🏈 football over and they leaned on their all pro defense and they shut out the Baltimore Ravens offense. If the ravens would have scored,i believe that the chiefs offense would've scored again. Why risk turning the ball over trying to run up the score on a team you are already beating 🤔? Makes no sense. Kelce says he'll never play for a different team, because he knows none of the other coaches would, or could, give him that freedom on the playing field. If Mahomes had a mediocre line like Josh Allen's or Brock Purdy's, he wouldn't be just sitting back there waiting till Kelce gets open. We already saw how Mahomes reacts to pressure in their Super Bowl vs Tom Brady and even in the first Super Bowl vs the 49er where SUCKED most of that game and Tyreek Hill bailed him out by getting so wide open that even Ryan Leaf would have hit him. Now we see Tyreek making mediocre Tua look like an MVP.

      Don’t procreate. If you truly believe that a multibillion-dollar organization with thousands of employees and innumerable vested interests could rig or "script" these games, then whatever diluted gene pool you originated from should never be allowed to propagate itself further.
