How many plumbers are using press fittings is anyone old school like me in soldering their connections as I do or is this press thing the new Plumbing way
Pro press is better and more reliable as far as fool proof install. No flux so no corrosion if someone doesn't post wipe also no solder so no turbulence if someone over solders and longer turns so the fittings take less wear and tear over time. Also all press fittings are type K so even thicker than type L. So overall its a better product. Its not ideal for all situations a plumber will always have to solder but pro press is the way of the future. I know its weird I soldered for 10 years but pro press is the name of the game now 👍
@@HDPLUMBERS because the ground and house might move differently so it gives it some wiggle room maybe? just a guess idk. I love press stuff anyway so good work :)
