A review of Richa Vortex boots after 8 months.
An update, following the return, which was managed very quickly and to my satisfaction, without any issues. I had an offer to send a replacement pair of boots, but as I mentioned, I had already purchased a different manufacturers pair, received the very next day.
I received a full refund without quibble, within 3 days of receipt at the online store where these were purchased.
