Axe Wielding Teen Arrested in Notorious Seattle Homeless Encampment Addicted to Fentanyl

15 year old Marcelles was arrested by police at a Seattle encampment this past weekend. His grandmother desperately wants him to receive treatment for his fentanyl addiction.
