To your method of cutting the aloe very finely and adding water to it in a container, covering it for five days, then getting small amounts of the greenish water and watering the plants with it, can I just grind the aloe Vera Jell, adding small amount of water to it and watering my plants with it, will it ruin my plants for over fertilisation?

the aloe will ferment in the closed container of water after 5 days, .... also, you can drink the fermented water as well for health benefits instead of for fertilizer, just strain out the solid aloe pieces, then refrigerate, and drink the liquid.
We are not getting flowers in jasmine and as a fertilizer we had put in one cup water and vinegar mixed and the main problem is flowers are not coming this is the season of jasmine
Add more water to your solutions. Dilute it with more water so it doesn't burns your plant. Also add to soil and not leaves. Try to keep it off the leaves

Maybe you can dilute the aloe water after 5 days before application. It might be a bit strong for th plant hence it is burning the leaves.
