The middle imagination scene (floor squares flying,pool stuff and the man going through a painting) during the Tina Turner song was pretty good but for this kind of budget you would really expect alot more.The movie wasn't funny and it's more a drama than a comedy. i did find some of it emotional but as a whole it's unsatifying.
I couldn't agree with you more. If you want a good film that is similar in its narrative style, I highly recommend "A Monster Calls" by J.A. Bayona. Great cinematography & will have you weeping 😔🤙
