    If cholesterol production has a negative feedback loop, then why does excess cholesterol get deposited on artery walls?

      I think it’s got something to do with the lipoprotein complexes that carry cholesterol than cholesterol itself

    People are so quick to throw Arnold under the bus but don’t know anything about nutrition. A decent amount of fat is needed to produce cholesterol which in turn produces growth hormones which are essential to staying healthy and building muscle. At least for natural bodybuilders that don’t inject hormones exogenously.
