Thanks 👍
I measured 7 grams of yeast and it was more like 1 full tablespoon
@@TonyPerez1981 That's a big difference.
@@TonyPerez1981 I think it's more like 1 tsp.
Yes teaspoon 👍
I used to work in a wonderful bakery, and every morning, my job would be to set up all the ciabatta dough in to strips to be cut by the day baker. After that all I made was viennoiserie, but I've been looking for a recipe where the dough flows like it used to in that bakery. When you transferred your dough to the table, I knew I found the recipe I've been looking for. Grazie.
When 'English as a foreign language' speakers apologise for their English I always reply "Don't, your English is far better than my [insert their native language]."
Thanks ☺️👍🏼
funny thing is he apologized for a word that is latin anyway (maximus/maximum)
jajaajajaajaa . ''sure'' .. but if someone speak the English like he in US .. the first words are .. ''Go back to you country !!!! ....

Not really bro
He is soooo sweet, with his English! 🥰🥰🥰
I've been watching a lot of bread making videos in lockdown and having no success at all, until I tried this recipe. I had to double the rising time because it has been a bit cold here, but the bread came out perfectly. I made 8 rolls instead of loaves and they were so soft and so flavourful with a wonderfully crispy crust. A million times better than shop-bought! Thank you so much for posting your recipes for us to enjoy :)
Thanks for sharing your experience 👍🏼 please share also the video with your friends and family 😀😋
@@Spectacular-cuoredicioccolato when you say cook bread for 230°C for 8 min, and then 200°C for 15 min, do you take the bread out while the oven cools down, or leave it in?
Leave it in
@@Spectacular-cuoredicioccolato okay, thank you so much for your reply :)
😉👍🏼
Oh, I love the tip about how to shape that wet dough! Thank you so much, I haven't seen that anywhere else. Can't wait to try it!

Those silicone sheets are nice!
I can't believe how well this turned out, on the first attempt. Thank you for all of your recipes! You have made our summer more delicious!
Spectacular 🥳 enjoy 😀
Thank you, the recipe worked beautifully and was very easy to follow. My daughter was amazed at the result.
It just came out of the oven and it's so delicious! I had mine with sundried tomatoes and aubergine baked in the oven. Thanks for sharing!

I have made this bread several times now and it is consistent and incredibly easy to make even if a beginner, simply follow the method and recipe... Grazie molto Bellino!!
Thanks for sharing your experience with this recipe 👍🏼
agreed - never baked a loaf of bread in my life and this recipe was so easy to follow. Used crappy old plain flour and still came out like a professional baker had made it. The recipe is the real deal.

Wow what a simple recipe. I will try this tomorrow. Everybody else asks for 20 hours.
Grazie signore.
Your English is better than my Italian. Don't apologise.
Agreed! This is by far the easiest recipe i found on CZcams! 😀
Let us know when you taste the ciabatta bread
Thought the same .. all other recipes asks for 20 hours !! So was surprised at this ... I usually make my bread this way but never have the bubbles in it.. so I'm sceptical
Check the other comment 😉 or you can try by yourself
This way you get okay Ciabatta. With 20 hours fermentation you get very tasty Ciabatta. There is absolute zero more work, just better planning.
I love all your videos. So well and patiently explained. Thank you!

I just made 4 ciabatta's for the first time tonight, following your exact steps, and it turned out absolutely amazing. They look gorgeous, taste divine, and they're almost finished because the entire family loved them. Thank you so much for the recipe!

Fantastic! Based on other videos, I had been put off making ciabatta because of the complexity, but you've made it so easy and simple - thanks!
Thanks ☺️ please share the video with your friends and family 😉
Sir, you are a genius, this is by far the simplest and easiest recipe for this delightful bread, i made it today and cannot stop eating it..thank you!!
Agreed. Why do we, as Americans, need to complicate making Ciabatta? This was so dang easy that I think I may try to make it this weekend.
@@rawmark Do it, it was damn easy for me as an old english guy... I let it prove in the oven with just the light on it was cold here. Tasted brilliant

Thank you for sharing your recipe!❤️🤗
Thank you for this wonderful simple recipe! I made one batch this morning and it was so good that I had to make a second batch in the afternoon. I gave one to my mother in law and also shared this video to her. She also loved this ciabatta. Thank you very much!

@@Spectacular-cuoredicioccolato I definitely will 😂🙌
Made your ciabatta recipe several times now, my family loves it. I use only half tsp dry yeast per the recipe in your video, seems to be enough for nice fluffy bread. I am making some today again, but I don’t wear a necktie like you, that’s next!
This is such a great and easy recipe! Tried it for the first time yesterday and the bread was so delicious and airy. Thanks for sharing!
Welcome 😉 please share the video with your friends and family 🤪

Thank you very much for sharing this simple yet wonderful recipe. I made it this morning (Easter Sunday). The air pockets, ciabbata bread is so famous for, turned out really well. One of them, as my husband commented, even looked like a love heart. My children were ecstatic when they were eating the bread using the adjectives amazing, divine, mouth watering to describe it!!!
🤩 spectacular 👍🏼 I am very happy to read this comment 😀 big hug to all your family
All your bread recipes turned out really good. I will try this one on Saturday. 👌🏼
I have noticed that you rarely post fish recipe 😄 Would like to see one.

Thanks for sharing your positive experience 👍🏼
You definitely do not need to apologize for your English. You know wonderful things and are teaching them very effectively. Thank you!
Thanks 😊
My first attempt just now. A little 'heavy' so need to let it rise more. I waved a propellor hand but didn't change anything. With goat's cheese.
😂 yes with cheese is perfect 😋
I've watch some other videos of ciabatta bread making and your shaping method is realy original and unique. Be proud that's awsome! Great job man!
Thanks 👍🏼☺️ 😂
Made this yesterday so simple but fantastic results ! Everybody loved it thanks so much
👍🏼 spectacular 🤩 please share the video with all your friends and family 😉
Hey, this works great ! I used a full sachet of yeast (7g) , and made 2 larger loaves (so gave them an extra 5 minutes at 200 degrees). Today I added 30g olive oil and increased the 200 degree cook time by another 5 minutes. Even better taste and texture! I hope to do this every day, although bread making ingredients are getting very hard to obtain.
chris wallace How much flour have you put for 7 g of yeast? the oil you put in the dough.
Hi!
Hi. I just followed Cuoredicioccolato’s recipe. If you check all the comments there seems to be some (=a lot of) confusion about the exact amount of yeast to use. I used a whole sachet on the basis that too much is better than too little, and it worked spot-on. Adding extra oil doesn’t seem to need extra flour, as adding water would.
Thanks 👍🏼
Among all the ciabatta recipes i’ve seen i thought this one was the easiest to follow. I made this bread yesterday and everyone loved it, the only problem was i should have made more! Thank you for the simple, yet delicious recipes! I feel like a professional baker now 😄
👍🏼 spectacular 😋 next time you should double the quantity 😉
Hi Martina, a question, how was the texture of outside of your bread, hard & crunchy , crunchy or soft ? thanks and be safe & happy :) :)
ali nejad I’d say it was crunchy, but i was waiting for the bread to get the brown colour. Nevertheless, it tasted as a real ciabatta! Stay safe and happy as well!
@@martinaoncheva9579 thanks for quick reply Martina , I really appropriate it. Martina , I want my bread " soft " outside , not hard or crunchy , what should I do ? any trick ? be safe, stay home :) :)
ali nejad trying lowering the temperature to 350 and cook it like that. Or when its done and cooled. Place it in a zip lock bag for a day. That should soften it up.. sounds like your looking for a pita dough recipe. Not italian bread.
I’ve now made it three times and it’s absolutely fantastic! Grazie Mille per la ricetta e per la chiara spiegazione! 🥰
Spectacular 🤪 grazie a te 😉 please share the video with your friends and family
Made this today for the first time your instructions worked perfectly!
Spectacular 😉👍🏼 please share the video
Thank you for the video. I will just let everyone know that 1/2 teaspoon of yeast is not enough for 3 hour rise time. I used 7 grams and it really helped
👍🏼 thanks
There is more than 1/2 tsp in this recipe.. watch as he sprinklesit into the water at beginning. Typically pkgs of yeast hold btween 2 and 2 1/4 tsps yeast
😂 no it is 1 teaspoon
Just made that mistake so i have a big bowl of playdoh.. and in London no flour anywhere I want to ring this mans neck..he still hasn't changed the written recipe.,. So obviously doesn’t bother reading people’s comments like yours..
@@Spectacular-cuoredicioccolato Don’t just say thanks - change it .. moroni

The ciabatta looks wonderful. Just put a little olive oil, salt, pepper, and oregano on the top and ENJOY.

Thanks for your support and for sharing your experience 🙂 big hug 🤗 to you and your husband
Please be aware that 7 grams of dry yeast does not equal 1/2 teaspoon. It is equivalent to 2-21/4 teaspoons by volume, or 1 packet. Rise time will be about 15 hours with only 1/2 teaspoon.
Thanks for the information 👍
Might be worthwhile adding this to your video cuoredicioccolato. Pretty glaring (monumental) error. I'm presuming that anyone using your 1/2 teaspoon would have binned the mix presuming they had not made it correctly when it did not rise. Thanks Bernadette, much appreciated.
😬
The water did mot add up either. I used a measuring cup and the flour mix was bone dry not sure what i did wrong
a greek salad with much olive oil and dipping this bread inside!!!
🙃😋👍😉 spectacular idea
It's the best ciabatta bread ever! Thank you for sharing your wonderful recipes; they bring sunshine to my life.
Spectacular 🥳 please share the video with all your friends and with your family 🤩 they will be happy too
NOW I KNOW HOW TO MAKE MY FAVORITE BREAD!!😍😍😍 THANK YOU!!😍😍😍
Spectacular 🤩
What type of flour did you use?
Bread flour
I think you in Italy have very protein rich flour that is necessary to have big bubbles to keep up on not fall together, resulting in a compact bread. So as an example, in Sweden I’d need to buy Special flour.
how do i get a written recipe.
Reed the begining up
👍🏼
I like YOUR recipe the BEST! I tried others but your recipe & baking time turned out the BEST! Grazie 🙏 grazie mille.
