Come to Texas, hun, and this tiny home would be like $20k. The cost of living is way jacked up in California.
But then you have to live in Texas...
The Home is 450k
Manufacturers really need to get on board with the tiny prices. Why would a person buy a tiny house for the same price you would by a regular home for, this is not making any sense to me?
Its the cost of living in San Diego, not the cost of a tiny house.
Did she just say it was 325k and 400k !!! Way too expensive ! They could have at least 10 real tiny houses for that price
+A-G Fastrez I bought a "not tiny house", 3 bedrooms for less around 100k... lol
In San Diego?
@@foldedcornerplaygamesYes! I just bought a 509 bedroom mansion right on the beach next to Beyonce for 10 cents!
Smart, beautiful people......everyone notice how "strong and vivacious" both of these people are....it seems that those that appreciate tiny houses are usually strong and spirited. These two are no exception.
Pretty sure....each of these houses was "a flip"....probably made at least 80K on the flips...that's why it's done today....especially in upscale areas like CA.
I like the third house
That is why I wouldn't live in CA, for that kind of money I get a 3 bedroom house with a two car garage and still have enough to pay for a house keeper.
Exactly, I live in Raleigh-Durham,NC & all 3 of these homes would be 40,000.00US & under.
And you probably don't live close to the beach in a place with year round perfect weather. Tradeoffs. For some people, it's worth getting rid of excess stuff in order to live in an ideal place. Others prefer McMansions and Texas heat.
Annie I live in a place that's been on the top 10 places to live list for the past 10 years. I'm an hour & a half from the beach, 2 hours from the mountains, 30 minutes from white water rafting, 5 minutes from great fishing, 15 minutes from hot air ballooning, 5 minutes from horse back riding, 5 minutes from rock climbing, 10 minutes from zip lining, 20 minutes from race car driving & North Carolina pretty much has year round perfect weather. There's only about a month & a half of true cold winter days & those days aren't consecutive. As far as "Excess stuff", I don't know what you mean in the context you're using the term. I think people should get rid of the excess irregardless of where they live. And the definition of "Ideal Place" is different for everyone as well as "Perfect Weather." I care about the ability for my environment to have positive impact on my personal growth as well as my family's, great community, low to no crime, low to no racism, great housing prices per square footage, great schools, employment, cleanliness of the town, things to do in the area, agriculture, arts & the ability to save for retirement. There's alot more on my list that comes before weather & the size of my home but those are my immediate must-haves.
Good for you. People who live in San Diego are 15 minutes from the beach. That's a huge difference for people who enjoy the ocean. My point is that there's a reason that things/places are priced cheaper. There's less demand.
How much Pls for these tiny houses???
400k,450k,325k
Yeah I have a 3 bedroom for 100k, where are these people shopping?
how much are these tiny houses?
$400K, $450K, $325K
Ummm....those the size of average to smaller homes where I live. Not tiny at all. LOL. Gorgeous places.
I say buy a regular sized house elsewhere and save money, this is ridiculous! Tiny homes are such a trend they are way overpriced!
Totally worth it? Good grief.
First home
Green
700 SQ feet
$400k right on budget
Second home
Garden
750 SQ feet
$450k
$50k over budget
Third home
South Western
625 SQ feet
$325k
$75k under budget
The house removed from their list is the third home
Come to Joplin mo, u can buy that for $69,900
And I mean the wife, not the realtor.
Face palm...
Not tiny
