congratulations on the journey of owning your own place! It's never a straight forward journey there'll always be a lot of problems cropping up just when you think it'll be smooth sailing lolll. I have had my own house for a while now (though i do not live in the US so i cannot comment), hopefully something works out for you! Dont worry too much, you will get one eventually, when you find the place you will find it just keep your faith up and keep going. Best advice for the furniture part: if youre buying in secondhand places where things will go but you have no space, maybe invest in temporary storage unit, or if its new funriture, kkeep it flatpacked/in the boxes or like i did in my car lol. and if you can afford aesthetic and dream furniture definitely invest because it will last you years, but dont feel pressured to make your whole place yours as soon as you get it, you might change mind or end up feeling stressed both in a creative way and in a im so broke way.

House hunting sounds stressful, but I’m sure you’ll find a place you love that works out. Where I live condos are like 550 000+ for a two bedroom 😭 but that’s in Canadian dollars so it would be cheaper for an American. One day I hope to own my own place too. Your tattoo is so cute! Loved watching you draw those fish too. Thanks for the great video! 💜💜

As a prospective homeowner sitting on a nest egg, I totally relate to your condo journey. Even when things go through it's nice knowing you're learning about the process which will only make things easier for you in the future when the timing is right. I LOVE your tattoo...the placement and style is perfection!
I feel like sometimes when things like the condo doesn’t work out there is a reason why it didn’t work out, it can be discouraging in the moment. But it can be exciting because it means there is something better aligned to what you want, or there is a reason why Is because you’re supposed to be in a certain place at a certain time, or specific location. I’ve been trying to move as well, but I know that things will work out in the universe’s timing. I don’t love where I’m at and my body is reacting to it because of the energetic toxicity and making me sick, and it’s a bit frustrating cause I know I deserve to be treated better.
