i need to talk about the way you draw the two??? just- they aren't generically handsome, they're gangly and hooknosed and Old Man and that's so GOOD! they aren't action protags, they aren't lady killers, they aren't YOUNG anymore and they haven't been for a while, and something about that just lends to the softness of it. they aren't romance novel protagonists on their grandly beautiful adventure, they just... are. Stumbling into something like love entirely incidentally over decades. it's just real in that sense
This comment is what keeps me coming back to this video. You’re so right (except for the fact that they’re 35 at series end so still kinda young).
thats such a nice description of them, love this because of how true this it, it's much more natural and there's a certain charm to them in this video
Also just the fact that the video doesn't end with a big passionate kiss or some big thing, but with them laughing together and holding hands. It feels real.

I've listened to this song for years (it has a lot of personal meaning to me) and I just now realized the lyrics fit Narumitsu so well. I almost cried when I saw the title, it was really exciting. And the animatic was just beautiful, and the details about the hands??? The YEARNING.. EVERYTHING.. It was so heartwarming to see them kinda nervously hold hands at the end. I adore your style!! And this is so good... narumitsu content with them in their 30s are probably my favorite and you captured their dynamic perfectly. How they understand and care for one another in many different ways, though of course not knowing the best way to express them. The last shot of them holding hands was so tender.

I love how in 00:11 Phoenix is just talking with others, not necessarily being 🌟hansome🌟 (just look at how Franziska glances at him) but since we're seeing him through Miles' eyes he DOES look handsome and at the center of attention because of his charm... you were able to portray how being in love looks like in literally one image🥺
