Microphone is great. You’re not screaming! LOL
Cole reminded me of Ty Pennington when he screams lol
I personally think the audio is worse, it's more base but a lot more clipping. I think his edits do a lot to make the audio crisp, so from his perspective maybe this is easier but the quality is lower.
Side note: not an audio file at all, but I have watched his videos for 2 years as soon as they drop and listen to a lot of audio books.
Bass*
@@IAintScaredOfNoGhost I've gone through the comments, and you are literally the only one who doesn't like the new mic. Perhaps another youtube channel would be in order for you.
For the record, I like the new mic. He's not having to scream the way he used to, and that's for the better.
Right?? Hahah, he always screams at the camera and I thought he was just one of those loud people (who don't really know they're loud) until I heard him at 'normal' volume in one of the videos. The mic keeps him from yelling! Love it haha
So glad to hear that Roman has become a permanent employee. His knowledge and skills are amazing, plus his humor and personality always makes me smile. Also, love it when he speaks Russian.
Great addition! Personality, work ethics out the wazoo, and knowledge!!
Thank you☺ It is Ukrainian though ☺
He doesn’t speak Russian on these. He speaks Ukrainian
Amazing how they can afford 2 employees for 2 thousand acres. That's 5 guys for that farm.
@@RomegromRoman! Awesome. Hey I noticed your Perry Stone shirt the other week. I had to pause the video lots of times to see the writing 😂. Glad you’re my brother in Christ. And I love that you brought your wife and daughter into last weeks episode. We love you man.
My husband was severely injured on the job on 6/24/22 and he worked at his job for 22 years. He stayed in the hospital (8 different ones) and he just passed away from this work accident on 2/28/24. 19 months and 4 days later he passed away. He loved watching you Cole. I am now a widow with 3 teenage boys to take care of alone and I am scared to death as my husband and I did not do estate planning. We just didn’t have anything to offer our kids as they are quite young. Excellent video Cole
Injured on the job? I would think his employer would have to pay for whatever happened to your husband. So sorry to hear of your loss. What a terrible 18 months you and your family must’ve gone through. I’m a widow too. But I’m an older widow. My husband passed of pancreatic cancer. It’s a new life for both of us I guess.
@iamwhoiamd7056 I would be looking into an attorney since you should have received some kind of monetary compensation for the injury that ultimately led to your husbands death. I'm so sorry you are going through this alone but have courage you can do this there is support and resources out there for you and your children. Reach out for help in your community as well as Government funded resources. I wish you nothing but the best. God Bless You !
I'm so sorry for your loss. I pray that God will help guide you during this difficult time. God is totally amazing. He is helping me out in incredible ways. God bless you and your family ❣️❣️❣️❣️
@@wethenorth6437
I agree to the idea of finding an attorney for compensation for loss of income and companionship.
My father was also killed by a work related incident. He was only in ICU for 5 days. My heart breaks for you but I can tell you as a child of that loss, your kids will step up. And as a single mom, I can tell you, as dark and as scary as it seems, I swear you will find a way. Joy really does come in the morning. ❤🩹❤
My mother was a gardener for 60 years.
Each planting season, she would say, " The stones grew into rocks, and the rocks produced more stones."
Those rocks helped build her " rock " garden.
Good old days. Just like Cole .
One piece of advice on the lawsuit. I went through one when I was injured on the job by a 3rd party. Dont say anything to anyone about what is going on etc. Lawyers are sneaky, in my case they filmed me trying to catch me doing things. They followed me at work, they listened to us talking on our CB's when we were in our trucks. They tried to turn some of my friends to testify in their favor. So keep everything to yourself. They actually turned the neighbor right across the street, a young couple, to film me from their house. Whatever they paid them, they sold right before the case was to go to court and moved on. And this is because I saw some of the tape and immediately realized where they had filmed from. So even people you think are safe to talk to or trust...... sometimes the money is too tempting.
Excellent advice
Takes a lot to make me speechless, but you succeeded. Remember...God sees everything. "I will repay," saith The Lord.
Not saying anything wouldn't have prevented the surveillance
Great advise
@@xephael3485 No, but not saying anything made the surveillance video not just useless, it made it _toxic_ to the case.
Mic sounds great! No wind.
It's got a lot more clipping IMHO
I especially love that it keeps him from yelling 😄😄
@@valarya Thank you!
Would love a video of Roman's story. What brought him to the US, what he has gone through to get where he is today. So glad he is here.
Funny you people are okay with a white guy immigrating to the US but not if it is someone of colour...hypocrisy at its finest.
I’ll be sure to pay attention as to if you aren’t screaming. So far this video’s volume and lack of screaming has been excellent! Thank you Cole!!!
We’d all be blessed to have a friend like Roman.
ROCKS! Roman could build a stone mansion for his chicken farming operation. As ingenuous Roman is, he could start a gravel operation and sell them for road material.
Best comment!
I love when you let vendors/R&D/salesman the opportunity to explain and advertise their products. So cool.
As I sit here in our condo in Beaverton, Oregon watching you all I can't help but say that the stuff you show us is very facinating to learn about. Not many people know what it really takes to run a farm day to day. God bless you all. Glory to God.
Yay, everyone likes Roman
Justin too!
Cooper is underrated. Make sure he gets he's props! 😊😊😊
Love Cooper.
Cooper.....the unsung hero....
Not underrated at all, he's just camera shy, he gets plenty of props from his family. They know his value. Xxx👍
Never seen anyone not recognizing Coopers skills. Cole has always supporter and spoke highly of Coopers excellent mechanics skills etc.
Cooper with a mullet
Just can't get enough of your dad and Roman. That's nothing against you and Cooper.
It takes a team to make it all work. GOOD LUCK IN 2024 !!!
It's good you are getting clarity and a plan for the future. We were not a big farm but I have 8 siblings. When my dad passed away from a blood clot after a heart attack at 62, we had to do some major rethinking of how things were going to work. My mom decided to sell some equipment and rent out her land to a local farmer. Then she got pancreatic cancer and passed away 7 years after my dad. Most of us were not planning on farming but my dad wanted the farm to go to the only son. Some of my sisters had purchased land from my mom to help her out or have an acre or two on the land we grew up on. So there was a lot of figuring out what was fair and not just equal. It can really be stressful and strain your relationships if you don't have a plan in writing that everyone understands.
New microphone works great! I don’t hear any background noise. Love your videos. Especially your house renovation.
Totally agree. Great content
👍🏼👍🏼
The planting season is so close.
Thank goodness for Daddy Cornstar and Cooper and helpers. It will all work out.
Your microphone is perfect Cole. You have entertained us for 4 months doing the restoration/renovation. Well, maybe yes, but time does go fast without you realising it. Yes, your family has a lot to juggle and decide on but that is normal for what you have. All the best for all and it will all work out. You are a good, well-adjusted unit as a family.
Roman is an awesome addition to the channel!
Very happy he will be staying for the farming.
Cole, a living trust versus a will. Living trust saved us alot of money when dad passed. It also helped greatly when he needed care. You trust your family, consider a living trust. Not going thru probate allowed me to afford to keep the farm that's been in the family 125 years.
Microphone is a great addition. Thanks!
I love the farm videos of course but I also love the house build videos. Please can you keep both types of content coming if possible. Love the whole cornstar family.xx
here in relatively urban SW michigan, those rocks sell pretty well. people use the smaller ones (
Omg! I used to get “hired” on a crew of neighborhood boys to walk fields in the spring picking rocks for my Aunt and Uncle here in Indiana. We picked trailers full of rocks every year. So cool they can spot them with drones now.
Roman is such a gift from God. I only sit and watch, but I could clearly see that the work hours you all put in are over the top. There is more to life than work, so I am very happy Roman is there. I have no sons, but if I could pick out sons of my own, all you young men would be my first pick. You are all work horses, so very industrious, never afraid to try new ideas, very bright, and you are humble. That's no small thing in my book. I love your love of God and family. You are a credit to your parents. Well done!
God bless you!
@@Romegrom God bless you too, dearheart. :)
I have to say that I was wondering how the pre planting stuff was going. Looks like u accomplished a goal. Everything is ready. Equipment and seed and liquid nourishment. So, employees at work. The growth is wonderful to see. It has to be really exciting for the CS family. The mic sounds great. Levels r pretty consistent. And it’s been great to see more of DCS. We need his balanced demeanor to remind us that life’s good on the farm.
Roman is such a nice addition to the family business. He is such a great guy and his attitude and work ethic is stunning. Keep that guy close! He will help enable you and your family to do amazing things. I'd like to hear more about his background!
Cole, what about Justin he is a great craftsman. He has really come out of his shell. He is funny too! Roman and him make a great team!
He is. And he’s given praise to him. He didnt mention him only bcz Juston is hired for the house. Not part of his ‘permanent’ team.
I suspect Juston was just a little uncomfortable about being on camera at the beginning. I know I would be.
👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏for Justin
He didn’t mention Juston on this because it’s about the farming basically. And Juston just works on the house part. But he’s definitely given Juston a lot of props when doing the house videos.
Justin runs his own business if I remember correctly
I think ive been with you from the beginning, or close to it. You were cleaning out the house. I doubt i have missed more than 5-6 episodes and have never skipped any part of the video and have always "liked" every video and occasionally made a comment. Im a 70 yr old retired teacher here in Iowa. I found out one of my close friends is also a regular viewer and we often discuss episodes. Hope the litigation resolves in your favor.
Brother, you took the words right from my mouth!
I'm a 66 yr old retired nurse and I have watched since u started cleaning out the house and then the land ect. I love love love your videos. 😊
Cole, I've been watching you for years now and, you should be proud of yourself and the team you have now, you have turn over the in-tire farm from the Oger graveyard and the other places that has been a dump site for old farm equipment and you cleaned up everything to where the farm looks fresh and new, also the new mic is perfect. i hope this helps you boost your and your team's morale. looking forward for more Cole the Cornstar :D
Just an idea for your cement slab. Dig out the ground a little. Use the big rocks as base material. Then spread some
5/8- gravel on top of rocks. Compact the gravel with plate Wacker. Ask the guys to design the cement base foundation. If that will be good base material UNDER cement slab. Just an idea for those ROCKs to be used for you on Farm. I do that for my base under my 5/8- pad for parking my 35 thousand pound big truck on.
Very little wind noise. And I love your new mic so much. I had begun to believe that you were deaf which caused you to yell. Nice to hear your normal voice. Blessings from Georgia to all of your family who work so hard to bring food to our table. ❤
😂
@Sheryl777 yay Georgia! I'm originally from Georgia have lived in florida the last 24 years.
👍
Exactly. Roman and Justin were speaking in their normal voices while working in the house. I had no trouble at all hearing them. Then Cole comes in yelling.
Microphone wind muff helps, other YT use when wind kicks up.
Awesome news about Roman being a solid long term member of the Cornstar family! We love his fun good natured contributions to your brand. Keep up the great work. Much love from Buckeye country - Northwest Ohio! 💙
Don't forget about Cedric. If it weren't for him, the videos would be few and far between. He's a great editor.
I subbed for the renovations on the house, stayed for the personalities, and will be here for the long haul because the farming video(s) are so interesting to watch/learn! Love you guys! ❤
good addition with the mic, no bad sounds. thanks for the in depth update, explains alot of back round stuff. hoping your family have a successful year.
Think of the corn dryer more like laundry. You wouldn’t want to throw a bunch of wet clothes in a huge pile for months. It would mold and ruin them. Dry the clothes and you can pile them in a closet forever.
Let's have an update about Sister Summer and the cornstar costume. D. C. has changed a lot in four years. Keep on farming Cornstar Family ❤
I liked hearing Cole speak nicely without shouting at me. Much improved. Loved that machine that Hunter was using to gobble up the rocks. It kinda looked like a dinosaur chomping thru the fields of rocks. Good to have you on board ( year round ) Roman ‼️
I’ll miss seeing Justin and Austin for awhile.
So glad to hear that you are estate planning and taking every situation into consideration! My in-laws who raised 5 children on a dairy farm didn't have an estate plan until they were well into their 80's and were secretive about their plans. When they died a few years later, their not very thought out plan caused a lot of hate and discontent. You are going about it the right way for your situation.
Cole , you and Copper are amazing individuals. He’s good in things that you’re not and you’re good at things he’s not that’s a great team. Your whole family works together , which is even more amazing in these times. Through God all things are possible. Always remember that.🙏🏻🥰
If Roman is so welcome, where is his Cole The Cornstar hoodie?😂
Yeah Cole. Get Roman a few hoodies!
I was wondering the same thing. Maybe DC will give him one of his.
Great news about Roman he’s such a hard worker and great sense of humour too ❤
A new grain dryer comes around as often as a new child. Be excited for it buddy! You and your family are future proofing the farm for the next generation, keep on keeping on.
The mic is a huge addition, great move.
Not a farmer and thought this would be boring. I was wrong. This was fascinating.
Take it from someone who's been through it: when estate planning, have a plan in place for what happens if both dad AND mom go at the same time.
Cole your knowledge of all the farm equipment blows me away. There is never any rest on the farm. Always something to keep you busy and costing money to fix, plant or plow!! Wonderful and beautiful farm. If those boulders were here in Arkansas you could sell them for sure. I had mine stolen out of my yard!!
Round of applause to the maintenance team, Cooper and Zach for these guys to step up and do all the maintenance requirement for your operation is commendable. Nicely done guys!
👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼♥️♥️ yay! For Cooper & Zach‼️
@@judytruesdell6816 I would second that for SURE!!!
I hope you have a lawyer actively pushing the case forward. It won't move to or through the court by itself, especially not if the other side has anything to say about it. These non-functional bins are going to be the biggest thing holding you back from reaching your goal of efficiency. Good luck.
They are useable, they use them every year since built. With many problems. Keep the suit going, but they need to save and plan for a second bin site. Big company is waiting them out. Cornstars need Trey Gowdy. He carries the pressure needed. Not cheap however.
Yeah you have to keep after your lawyers.
@@woofersd2383they may technically work, but they arent safe, can't be filled the whole way, break down a lot, and can't transfer anywhere near as fast as promised. Theyre effectively nonfunctional.
@@woofersd2383 they aren't close to 100% though. More like 40%.
@@woofersd2383 They are afraid to fill the bins full, especially the hopper bottom bin, due to the cracks in the concrete foundations. So, even though they are using them, they can't use them to their full potential.
I'm so happy to hear Roman is sticking around! He seems like a sweet and hard working guy. Great to hear the updates on the farm overall!
The sound is the best it’s ever been. Great addition to the. Channel for having the microphone.
Also great to hear the addition to the farm team. Will be great to have to extra helpers for you guys.
Plus also great for content.
Man, Cole is awesome. I watch because I find the work he does entertaining / educational, but Cole’s gratefulness for his people & people watching make me an even bigger fan.
New microphonee is great! You can speak and not yell. Love this show whether you are farming, cleaning up, or remodeling.
Another great video talking about the work, the process, and the thought process of farming. Roman may now be my new favorite member of the Cole the Cornstar cast. You folks are lucky to have him, his skills, and his humor.
You’re coming through loud and clear. I enjoy the streams and I’ll keep watching. Thank you be safe take care.
I'm a 70-year-old female non-farmer. Great video! The rock finder was the most exciting thing. Very cool. Listening to Daddy Cornstar talk about whether the soil is ready was interesting. The overall feel of the video was organized and thoughtful, with the assurance of future planning, getting your ducks all in a row, buying the filters at that big sale, and clearing that creek for Cooper's use with his hay business. It's not even my farm, and I felt comfortable with the farm's future. I appreciate your acknowledgment of all your helpers.
Estate planning is the best thing to do. My parents did not do this, not communicated anything with their children. Three years, and still trying to settle this.
So wise of your father, and his sons.
Wills and Trusts are absolutely an important part of estate planning in order to take care of the family and retain the property for the family so that the government doesn’t take everything through inheritance taxes.
Pretty soon, Roman's chicken coup will be upgraded from wood to now stone and mortar
Greetings from Northeast Ohio. My heart breaks for Roman and his family for what is happening in his homeland. War is horrible. When will The world ever learn? I pray that Roman’s parents and extended family are here safe in America as well.
Roman is a wonderful person who is funny, intelligent and a very capable help to the family. He and his family will be fantastic new citizens of the United States!
You are so lucky to have Cooper, Zach and now Roman they are the backbone of your farm. The farm is where the $ is at now remodeling your house
BTW Congratulations Cole on your channel reaching over 600K subscribers! Wow what an acomplishment!
Great summary of the last 4 months
Good to hear all of this! My son is a farmer! Go farmers!!!
Everyone. Let’s get Cole to 1 million subscribers! He deserves it, the family deserves it, the team deserves it and the farm deserves it! Go share these videos with all your family and friends!
Thank you and farmers everywhere for all you do.
Microphone is a good addition. Also, kudos to Cedric, s the editing looks and feels like Cole is still doing it. Keeps the vibe off the channel consistent
Cooper is a hard worker. And is a true mechanic. Thank you Cooper for your work .It was visible even when you went to school. I would like to see more content from you. I guess you don't want this attention but I loved your video's.
I love how he loves Edward. Watching them play together is so dear. Bonding while they are young...can't go wrong with that.
I enjoy your podcast. I am a small business owner. Many of my clients are farmers. Not in the AG field. I clean up what they get dirty, personal vehicle wise. I'm based in Central Illinois. Hello neighbor. Thanks for talking with whatever you do, whether its the house or the farm. I don't usually comment on something that helps me to relax. The commentary between everyone is encouraging. Love the house. Thanks to each American who does their part in uplifting others.
The microphone is great. Helps you hear everything you say. You can barely hear the wind. I love the way your family helps each other on the different projects on the farm. Roman is a great he has a great sense oh humor. Thank you for making me feel like a "member" of the family!
Can’t wait for the bin foundations to be ripped out and redone. That is going to be a hell of a project
Yay Roman, Yay Zach, Yay Cedric!!! And Yay Cornstar Family!! You guys are all awesome and inspiring!
You can make some really cool garden beds with rock sides. I've also seen large rocks cemented together as climbing structures for goats. Rock walls along the water drainage areas are nice too. Use your imagination.
Yay! Glad to her Roman is a new member of the Cornstar Clan!
Glad you got an editor missing all that sleeps not good for you. Even just having Roman who is happy present takes a bit of the pressure off as well.
I just want to say, "Roman, if you don't feel safe around Cole, eat a lollipop in one of his videos."
I love it when Roman is on the video. He's really pretty cool. BTW, I'm 70years old, just like to keep up with what the younger people are doing. Looks good to me!
Hahahaha….
😂😂😂😂
😂😂 LMAO
Microphone sounds great!
The Mic works very well in the high winds. Thanks for the updates. Thanks for all the videos on your house.
Cole I can imagine the excitement cause. when we get a newer ish truck I bought have a heartache from the excitement .
New mike gives so much better audio than what you’ve been using and really reduces wind noises. Zack and Cooper are mechanical superstars and when watching them work, they do not let the grass grow under their feet. Roman is such a big asset in many ways, engineering, persistent work ethic, sense of humor, and all around great interesting guy. Cole you are a managerial superstar, electrician of sorts, carpenter of sorts and all around great guy along with being a great dad and husband. So enjoyed listening to Daddy Cornstar dig into the ground with his hands and give his take on when planting would be done. And putting all the different segments together was Cedric, the editing superstar. Thanks so much about giving the different vendors credit for what they were adding to your farm productivity. The rock app and related equipment rock digging machine was almost unbelievable to watch. What a great channel this is and thanks Cole for your generous spirit.
Cole, My Fiancé is from Iowa and we never miss a video. I introduced her to your channel and have been fans for as long as we can remember. You have a wonderful family and You are an extraordinary young man.
I appreciate the update and I am hopeful that the court system will work out a situation where you and your farm get what you deserve... A bin system that is safe and working!
Thanks for the update, been wondering what’s been happening around the farm while you’ve been busy. 👍
What a refreshing break from the house videos. This new microphone is so much better. You're not yelling all the time. Bravo for the permanent addition of Roman! Be careful what kind of information regarding the lawsuit that you make public! The less said the better!!
The microphone is great! You should consider contacting Millennial Farmer about the dryer he is selling, might be the perfect fit for much less than new price.
Hi, Roman what a honor to be with daddy corn star Roman you have become the star of the show and the renovation thank you very much. We truly appreciate it and we love watching you.
New microphone awesome!! We’ve followed you and your family for 4 years - and still enjoy your videos. Thanks for all the effort you guys do - we’ve learned a lot and are cheering you all on from Washington state!!
I really enjoyed this video , farming large scale is amazing . Your family is truly blessed .
I hope the dryer people are better than the bin people.
Hi to Cooper. Hi to Summer. Hi to Mama CS. Hi to Nave and the boys. Great video.
Your mic was just fine. Having a large farm is a lot of work, takes a lot of money and upkeep. You and your family are doing a great job! Many blessings to you and your family.
I love your new mike! It works great, 100% improvement over the camera mike! No more yelling! Thank you! You have done amazing work on your farm & your home renovations! I check every day for updates!
My gosh, I have so much to say. I don't know where to start. I live in the Panhandle of Nebraska. I grew up on a farm. We grew corn, beans, wheat, and sugar beats. We used irrigation, so I remember halling pipe, moving socks, and changing water three times a day. He lost the farm in 1984, but my brother bought it and dad worked for him for many years. My dad is gone now, but my brother still has the farm and is doing goid. My dad never bought anything but John Deere and my brother is that way. I have a John Deere mower that I bought used many years ago and it runs like a top so I am sold, too. Lol I have to be honest, when I heard you don't irrigate, I was shocked. Evidently it works because you have been going a long time, but it still surprises me. I hope it continues to work for you. I want to tell you more, but this is long enough. Contact me if you are interested. Best of luck to you and I love your channel. I watch it all the time. The new microphone is great. You sound much better. 😊
