    They turned out great. That plug in resistor really made the process much easier that I thought.

    I think I'd rather put that heat on the rear fender than the battery.
    But your video answers my question about the load balance

    I found out you need to install these also on motorcycle to avoid overcharging from the rectifier, mosfet upgraded also, it will compensate and sent more energy to the battery and in turn fry your battery.

    So. I did the same. Mine don’t flash at all. Brake light works but the turn signals? Don’t light up as running lights and turn signals only operate manually. Meaning. You push the turn signal button, the light comes on, push it again, the light goes off(no blinking)… what would cause that?

      @kalways_kustoms  Před rokem

      Off the top of my head, I'm not quite sure. Possibly a bad resistor? Or a ground not doing its job? You may need to do some troubleshooting. Wish I could be of more help. Thanks for watching!

    Just wondering if it's still working properly? Mine blink normal UNTIL I touch the brake, then I get 2 more regular blinksbefore it start hyper blinkking again. I've tried the resyncing procedures but so far non of them have worked on a 2004 Electra Glide.

    • @kalways_kustoms
      @kalways_kustoms  Před 7 měsíci

      Not sure on that....the softtail directionals are usually a bullet style with a smaller diameter. I'm pretty sure they wouldn't fit. But I'm sure the correct ones are out there. Thanks for watching!

    Check out Custom Dynamics lights, they are awesome and they will sell you a single plug in that doesn't get hot and they work great. Just made a comment on your bag filler stripes video about the bag lights as well from Custom Dynamics. I went with the smoke lenses as well.

    Where did you get that license plate holder?? I have a ‘16 FLHP and removed the laptop/truck frame off the back, but it has the license plate holder on it. So I’m just using Velcro.. is that something you bought somewhere? Looks great

    • @kalways_kustoms
      @kalways_kustoms  Před rokem +1

      Not one issue with them. No overheating at all. As long as they can hang freely or mount to some steel that will dissipate the heat, they are fine. Thanks for watching!

    I have the exact issue andI have been searching to see if this would fit a 2013 Ultra Limited and seems I cannot find any info on this. Do you have any idea if this would and if not, which one would without spending $80 for the "Badlands". Good video, thank you.

    • @kalways_kustoms
      @kalways_kustoms  Před 2 lety

      I don't see why it wouldn't work with your Ultra. I'd say it would be worth a try. This setup is still working great, and at a fraction of the price of the Badlands. Thanks for watching!

      I got the resistor to stop the Hyperflashing and it also turned off the security warning light. They do get hot. So on my bike there was no place to stuff them. I had to secure them on top of my security module that is over my battery. I'll ride around and check it. Thank you.
