I think for 4.5 million dollars a lot is underwhelming. The houses are too close together and not enough space in the house anyway
@@simplykhanyi very true and in a big kitchen with such a large island why not pop another sink in it since the main sink is all the way over by the big fridge. Yes thereâs a pot filler but when prepping and cooking having a sink closer by would be convenient. And the island is huge so why not.
It looks like an internal door to a garage. And the view down the foyer towards the back of the house is ruined by the off kilter glazed door which leads to the back patio
My thoughts too... Not impressed with the door at all.
The actual front door is probably on backorder? - Note how the house hasn't been "punched"; there were many details that remained unfinished.
The hidden room made me fall in love with this house! However, during all bedrooms part, I was definitely getting sick & lost in all the white. All white walls, trim, doors, more and more doors, shelves, bathroom countertops, cabinets, tub, tile... It was too much. I guess it's a good blank slate for people to customize, but it was not very pleasant in this tour lol.
Yeah, I would definitely need some color ;). However, I'm sure that would all be discussed before they built it.
Hey Tim and Co. It's such a shame this house doesn't have a floorplan to display, because it feels like a labyrinth! It has a bit too high of a price tag for what it's worth, but I can also understand it given how much there is to offer! One thing I do love about this house is the exterior design though - such a stunner! đ

Beautiful from the inside out, beautiful color scheme and staged in such an elegant yet simple and soft way. The screened in porch looked expansive and this home overall had a great amount of storage.
I didnât feel like there was any wasted space. I loved the master bedroom and master bath. As well as the kitchen. Especially how the refrigerator matches the cabinetry. The secret door I was not expecting at all and I thought that was awesome!

Seriously needs some color! I must say that the hidden room is pretty awesome. GREAT selling point. I'd take this plan and manipulate it a bit and put it on the land.
That house is fantastic, it might be my number one so far. The only thing I'm not wild about is the double doors into the master water closet. I'd prefer a single door on the wall opposite the toilet.

Nice home with tons of closets and storage. The home truly needs another 1/2 bath up by the front door because you have your formal dining room up front and if you or especially one of your guest's Needs to use the "Powder room" they shouldn't have to go across most of the house to the 1/2 off the hallway that is off the other hallway from the kitchen and garage by the enclosed patio space.
Alot of $ for a maze of door's & drawer's!

This home seems riddled with dead space, odd builtins, and weird architectural/decorative decisions. It doesn't at all seem like a multi-million dollar home.

Hi Timothy! Iâm relatively new to your channel and enjoy going through the homes whether I can afford them or not. This home is absolutely amazing especially that secret room. I love everything about it. The master suite is amazing. The kitchen is amazing. So much space for a family. That being said, Iâm an empty nester but I wouldnât say no if you gave it to me. đđ Congratulations to you on the channel and I look forward to more home tours.
I love the amount of windows in the kitchen. The water closet in the owners suite is unique as it makes the space very ADA compliant. I would use the secret space upstairs for a game and media room. The back portion for a college student to have their own private suite.

Love the adventurous feeling of this house. Loved the kitchen with all the windows, bright light and storage. The front door should have been centered to blend with the front side of the house or even put in double doors. The living room had no windows except for the door leading to the covered patio. After living with a dark living room for years, I purchased a home with sun filled rooms and I love it. The upstairs was wildâŠgreat loft area with plenty of storage. But that one room, within a room within a closet within a roomâŠthe kids would be bickering over who would get it. Might make for a in-law suiteâŠif they can ever find their way out! đ

Looks like an interior door for the front door. Nothing like taking a relaxing bath with the A/C unit right outside your tub. Way overpriced, must be the location. Thanks for the tour. You always do a nice job. Just honest feedback.
I suspect the actual front door is on back-order? When he first comes in, it looks like the inside of the door unpainted; only primed from the factory.
The large bathroom off the big common space upstairs is a missed opportunity, should have duel sinks and a separate shower and tub since there is ample room up there for it. The master bathroom has some over use of double doors regarding the water closet to have two double door's across from one another and fairly close proximity is too much and too busy looking for the space so build a wall on the left and just put in a pocket door. If the water closet is in use with a Pocket door it won't interfere with the space for maybe another person needing to come and go from there closet just think you are walking into the closet or out of the closet and someone opens the door coming from the toilet and you have a bloody nose or black eye plus if someone is standing getting something from the linen closet the bathroom door would be hitting them and the door so let's reduce the doors opening and reduce the cluttered look.

Hardware is so mixed! For example, the hinges are black and then the door handles are gold or silver, same for the bathroom fixtures. Not sure itâs worth the $$$ theyâre asking ⊠that surprise room was cool though!

Definitely one of the most unique designs. A bit too many doors and seemingly mini alleys, but overall, a great design.
It kind of reminds me of the homes built in the 60's-70's where the stairs aren't right near your front door, and you can see a bi of your rooftop from your second floor bedrooms.

I love this house! It seems massive, how many square feet is it? The hidden rooms are such a cool feature! The outer room would be my craft room and the bedroom behind it would be for when I just couldn't drag myself downstairs after an intensive craft day, lol! I agree with what others have said about the front door. There would be some other small changes that I would make but all in all it's an amazing home!

Hey Tim đđœ I wasn't wowed by this home. All that Xtra space behind those doors is wasted space to me because it's behind a bdrm. All that space needs to be separate from that room. Needs it's own entrances.

Thereâs an area in the hidden room where thereâs NO insulation which would drive your utility bills over the top!!! That master bath and closet was soooo disappointing for THAT kind of money! The water closet with 2 doors? Why? Lol Love the screened in porch! UpstairsâŠ.. we could have a game room, gym and craft room. Oh. My. Gosh!!! I loved all of it⊠except that master bath and closet. I need a tub and a HUGE CLOSET. I just thought of something. If you have to use the toilet after you get out of the shower you have to either go through the closet or bedroom to get to the water closet. That is just stupid. đ. With all that room upstairs I wouldnât even NEED a basement. But for 4.5 mil is should have one and a better master suite.

You know when there is a secret room, it is secret for a reason. If it was intended as a safe room, it isn't anymore. Nice house, but overpriced. For that price, there should be a finished basement, pool, and at least a 3-car garage. Perhaps the price is due to the location. Hard to tell.

I like it. Sort of bland and sterile though but building new that could be fixed. Too much white on white in the toured place. I can imagine a couple that would buy that and leave it as is would be a couple that have an all black wardrobe. No color in their lives.
Funny thing is when spending millions I'd want a third bay added to the garage area which would make the hidden area up stairs even longer. Perhaps one could have a bowling alley up there then. đđ€

The double door water closet is the weirdest thing I have ever seen. Just because you can doesn't mean you should. No one needs an audience while sitting on the toilet. I imagine it's a lot louder too....
This house is only 4.5 mil because itâs in Nashville. This is a 7 or 8 hundred K house at most. Especially with that basic front door. Also, those trees are way too close to the house.
Where is the floor plan? This house is really confusing without one. All of the homes show better with a house plan.

Do not like the owners bathroom at all. Just feels very chopped with the tiny halls and doors into doors the hidden room is nice but the halls feel very cramped and the laundry room is terribly small not worth 4 million at all.
