Ireland made their firs ever Women's Series cup final in Seville, and faced up against a fantastic Australia team. It was the Aussie's that ran away victorious after snatching the gold medal in the final seconds of the match!

Well spoken . The difference is though, Most kiwi girls ,dream of being ABs , whereas most Aussie girls , would rather be playing league or Aussie Rules.
Here it's a niche sport.
Just open the telly or look at the crowds. It bothers me , trust me ,but dems the facts .
So to do well , in a sport ,which most people don't really follow( or play ) is a huge Achievement. No sour grapes or not acknowledging the Kiwis or Saffers etc Just extra proud of our girls !

Really poor referee ok particularly considering it was a final. I think she had made up her mind who the winners were before she started the game but a lot of questionable decisions in both directions.
