I have both xm3 and xm4, I love how Sony try to make them better every new model in terms of sound
I just got my xm4 in black. For noises like fans, air conditioners, appliances, and engines, they go deep silent. They remove completely.
I'm still rocking the previous gen WH 1000XM3's love em.

Picked up a pair about a week ago, amazing sound quality, battery life, noise canceling, and also the 360 audio! Great review👍🏻
I have the M3’s and they’re the best thing I’ve ever bought! I acidentally dropped water on them on a flight but luckily managed to grab a new pair for £100 from my local Sony factory - can’t imagine life without them! Worth the money! I’m sure the M4’s will be just as worth it!

Whoa, ear mapping feature! Love the speaker chat thing! Love the touch controls on that headphone! My B&W PX7 may be a hand me down to one of my kids.
I bought these about one week ago, and I am loving them!!. The SONY M4s are absolutely awesome and worth every cent IMHO

Great review. I've recently bought these so naturally I went and watched every review on them...after I bought them for...um ..confirmation. Ha ha. I just want to say that I should have gone to your review as it's the only one that I actually learnt new things about these headphones. e.g. gesture FForward and 360 Audio. Out of, maybe a dozen prominent reviewers, yours was the only one that gave me the confirmation bias I was looking for. Even beat Flossy Carts and White Shoes imo. So Subscribed and keep up the great work :)
You're one of the only reviewers who mentioned the swipe and hold to fast-forward feature. A lot reviewers put there just mentioned the swiping.
