Chat with Shantha Mohan - Women in Tech: Pioneers

So here comes the first interview for my series of Women in Tech: Pioneers with Shantha Mohan Ph.D. She is a true inspiration to many and is one of the first women to grow in leadership role. She came to the US in 1980's for her PhD in Operations Management at Carnegie Mellon University and started working in retail industry. Her work in academia and industry is commendable. I feel incredibly empowered with her will to keep going.
