    00:00 HIC compression - Let's go!
Start out by installing your fork and headset:
00:05 Take the first bearing and slide it onto the fork
00:10 Slide the fork into the head tube of your deck
00:13 Take the other bearing and place it in the upper bearing cup
00:18 Fit the C-ring into the headset
00:23 Put on the headset top cap
    Next, installing the HIC compression:
00:27 Place the shim on top of the fork
00:31 Now, take your HIC top cap and screw it on
00:46 Until it is nice and tight. Well done!
Now, you are ready to mount your bar and clamp, Champ! ;P
Grease: When assembling metal parts, applying grease can make your life a lot easier, and it can increase the lifespan of your parts as well. In the case of installing HIC compression, you may want to add a small amount of grease to the two bearing cups as well as to the threading on your HIC top cap.
