I definitely love dim sum. A myriad of flavors and textures. It is such a comforting meal for Chinese people. I love it when Raina narrates instead of being so focused on completing her mission. It just brings the experience to the audience.

One more thing. You ever thought of i vesting in a Lavalier mic so we could here your commentary a bit better? What I could hear sounded great knowing the breakdown of each dish and some of its history, but it was so loud in there.

It isn't a waste of money. I use it when I do interviews especially when it is outside and either it is loud because of the background or if they are too far away from the camera.
I would, but living on an Army's and teachers pay put it below what I can afford. But if Rhia wants me too, I'll do it. The thing is, I was just making a suggestion. But hey! I always put my money where my mouth is. And besides as a Publuc Affairs Officer for the Texas Army National Guard, I always want to help people make their product better.
And it worked for me great in both Afghanistan and Iraq.

This is what I really miss about Chinese cuisine and eating out up London. Chinatown is like a second home to me whenever I go up London I HAVE to pass through it. Lovely people, a small-knit community to have cemented their history in the bustling capital. I miss my Char Siu buns..One day I'd also love to try chicken feet.

I haven't eaten a ton of Dim Sum, but I have had it in several places. I am absolutely amazed at the portion sizes here! Some of them seem standard size, but many of these seem much larger than I am used to seeing at Dim Sum. There was no way for you to be able to eat all of it in one sitting. I'd love to go here with some friends for this amazing Dim Sum!

I love this place! sometimes the line is out the door. One time there was this woman getting all angry at the worker frying turnip cakes because she couldn't or wouldn't make it vegan! I love when Raina goes to places I've been to!

@@bobbyj1917 It's in Little Saigon in Westminster, CA. Big Asian community but you're right about it being subdued. Down the street from this place is Seafood Paradise and the women pushing the carts around are always buzzing around tables. On a Sunday these restaurants are, to quote the Iron Chef Chairman, "Culinary chaos!"
