Oh no, he's creeping closer to the Chimera Goat token.
Speaking from experience, it sucks to try and get it (I flat out gave up and moved on after weeks of trying). Having to get a level 2 chimera, getting mana and pilling it sucks already. Needing to sack half your squad is what really makes it nigh impossible. And it isn't even the snake token, which needs a level 3 Chimera!
isn't there like a bazillion way to level a pet in custom?

there's even a way to get a level three from Griffin. if you didn't one you could even Konpeito an already level 3 pet to the same tier as it or water of youth the same tier pets as it?
@@skywatcher458 Leveling isn't the problem here (It's actually easier for token achievements now considering quetzal can level tokens quickly). It's getting the tokens and winning.
You need two or three spaces to get the tokens from pilling the Chimera, which means you have to remove buffed pets. Short of getting a leviathan, it's really hard to recover/pivot once you get the tokens, let alone win. Especially in customs.
You either end up winning before you can get there or losing because you’re forcing it.
Played like 100+ games using jersey devil to finally get it.
Yeah, jersey devil got me there although it felt very inefficient. Definitely the hardest achievement. I spent more time hunting it than every other new pet combined

How do I send a picture to Skootie with the sloth I got, and then another one in the shop just rounds later 😂 I have one on my team and then another one in shop, while having nothing in my pack that can take a pet from another person lmaoo. Such as discord, Twitter
Ok I have NOT been active with SAP in quite awhile. This is my first skoot vid I came back to after hearing about the Unicorn pack.
And based on what I am seeing is that absolutely nothing changed gameplay wise. Snipers are still the most powerful force in this game and Hippo still dominates on custom runs. Amazing.
Did we watch the same video? Cause i may be blind but i didnt see a SINGLE hippo.
Yes snipers are still the strongest and they should prolly do something about it, but i think the reason so many people are running them is because some of the unicorn pack pets are just so ridiculously strong (jersey devil for example) that snipers are the only real way to win in customs if you don't own the unicorn pack

@@jadynmorris9495 The only feasible threat to a sniper rush are "Spellcasters" (fying fish, horse, Spinosaurus, I call them spellcasters cause of how they modify stats mid combat.)
But they considered Flying fish "too much of a problem" so now we're stuck with what we got.
And yes I do agree that these new ones are pretty good, but again all you need is a good sniper team 'either mantis shrimp, leopard+tiger, onion cobra ect.'
To just erase them no problem.
@@sporepics I mean I will agree snipers definitely can ruin interesting builds but hippo definitely isn't the end all be all unless you are trying to play summons. Hippo and Rhino both run a train on most summon builds but a lot of other builds laugh at the hippo like a lot of the mana builds just steamroll hippo. Saw a guy set up a mana build that instantly killed the entire enemy team at the start. Was basically snipes on steroids. Yet didn't use any of the conventional snipe pets.
I wish there was a “daily” pack with the weekly pack. I know this has nothing to do with the video just wanted to get that out there

Has anyone else largely lost interest in SAP lately? The new pack is great and everything but after the new shiny wore off I actually think I like the overall state of the game less than before.
To me, the many major changes across multiple packs (additions to puppy, big test changes for star, etc) in addition to the unicorn pack is what overwhelmed me. I'll probably come back when the game settles down in a few weeks
@@Quartings I generally only play the weekly and I haven't really enjoyed any of them for a while
@@graham1034 Me too- I meant I didn't want to get too attached to the abilities for most of the pets now since a bunch of them will get vastly changed in the near future.
I usually play customs so I can't speak on the weekly much, but i think what's ruining it for a lot of people is how strong the unicorn pack summons and the pre existing snipers are. Like the only way to combat two level 2 jersey devils that endlessly spawn basically 50/50s is by sniping, so it's just toxic af if you try anything else
Something that I think would make me lose even more interest is when the changes from the test server will drop. Most are nerfs or changes to pets which I find disappointing...
