      Forget the protein powder, they are all processed items in the market, (they are business and money) just use the real organic nuts, seeds, spices, herbs, grains, vegetables and fruits…

      I apologize, I looked at the video a number of times and say that the apple core had been removed before going into blender…..sorry about that.
      Banana and peanut butter sound good to try also.

    I do this every day, but You can mix one of these nuts instead of peanut butter every day so that your body does not only receive peanut butter: one day ten hazelnuts, the next day ten almonds, the next day ten pistachios, and another day three walnuts.

      It's better to soak the (raw) nuts before using them to remove the natural toxins they have. You can easily find for how long to soak them with a quick Google search 🙏

      But can u say how does it tastes...isn't it very bland...bcz I'm not liking that smoothie but I have to brink....is everyone here feels same n still drinks????

    Raw oats are difficult for the body to break down, and the enzymes in your saliva and stomach end up breaking raw oats into even more sugars. This is why store-bought oat milks, like Oatly tend to be sweet while not having any added sugars. They are processed with the same enzyme.
    May I suggest first toasting the raw oats before blending. This makes them more easily digestible and won’t spike your glucose levels. Also, adding a touch of black pepper to your oats further aids in the digestion of them.
    I learned these principles when I cooked in an Ayurvedic kitchen.

    I made that 2 days ago! The fruit I put in was pear and I also add a pinch of cayenne, cinnamon , ginger powder, chia, Hemp and grind Flax seed.
    The milk I used was Oat milk.

      Bad tip. That'll contaminate your peanut butter with apple, probably severely reducing the shelf life of the peanut butter.

    Here's an upgrade: put 1 yogurt instead of milk, it's going to be a thousand times better, also add some nuts, honey and cinnamon and if you want you can also add protein powder

    *Problem*: Oats contain phytic acid which blocks iron and other minerals from being absorbed by the body.
    *Solution*: Let the oats soak over night (or at least 30mins) in that milk or any other liquid 😉

    I had COVID in July…here we are in March and I still have no taste. What I do eat tastes bad so I’ve been eating oatmeal, eggs, grits, peanut butter on toast. I think this drink will be a winner I’ll be able to eat an apple disguised by the other ingredients. Thanks

    I watched a CZcams video where it recommended to soak raw oats in water to reduce any antinutrient like phytic acid in oats that affects mineral absorption. Thus, to get the most benefit, soak your oats for sometime.
