- Hey everyone, welcome back! Today, recipe is a sweet treat a Baked Cheesecake with a Berry Swirl and Macerated Berries. This cheesecake is creamy, flavorful, and perfect for impressing your friends and family. 🍓🫐🍰🫐🍓
Ingredients:
For the Crust:
1 1/2 cups digestive biscuit crumbs
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
For the Cheesecake Filling:
4 packages cream cheese, softened
1 1/4 cups granulated sugar
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
4 large eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup heavy cream
For the Berry Swirl:
1 cup frozen mixed berries (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries)
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon cornstarch mixed with 1 tablespoon water
For the Macerated Berries:
2 cups frozen mixed berries (thawed)
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
1 tablespoon lemon juice

It’s a great recipe! Definitely worth a shot if your into that kind of thing, if you really dial in your oven temp it’s closer to an hour on the bake time. And it was just a good old glass of Jameson, I wouldn’t recommend your best whisky as it dosent really go together at all 😂😂
