Wow. That's so cool! I never know that we can adopt the baby. But can they adopt todler, preteen or teen too? If they could, that would be amazing:-D

I found an abandoned baby in another town called Katrina Smith Town I can cuddle and become best friends but it still does not give the option to adopt the baby. My household is not full either. Am I missing something?

You can't adopt sims in another towns, only your own.
