I think it's a wine testing villa. There is an area in itally dedicated to wine production. These types of villas are common there.

This is definitely a strange build. Seems like the FreePlay team could use a builder, whose job it is to build the homes that showcase the new items.

When i saw two different types of exterior walls on the houses in the thumbnail of ur video i thought we were getting new building tools but i got my hopes too high up

They’re giving roundabouts instead of actually baking the feature into the game. I don’t know if the game devs are just lazy or if it is THAT difficult for them to add features like this without fancy tricks.
