    *Looked at a lot of options for getting my **Latest.Bike** . Great find in SAVA. Super light, nice components, really good value as it comes with many options only found in much higher priced bikes.*

    I've got Breezer Radar Expert. I think it's an awsome bike but there are two cons about it:
    1.) If you think you buy one just try it because the sizing is maybe "debatable". Maybe one size smaller is the optimal (according to the manufacturer's recommendation).
    2.) I think the painting is weak. Even a small gravel can hit down the outer layer of the painting. I don't know why but this is the situation. Use some frame protector.

    Great and informative video. I have one correction to make; the climbing gear on the Salsa Journeyman Claris 650b w/ 2.1" wide tires is actually 23.94". So more like 24" than 25.5".

    Hi, nice video, though prices this year are much worse. That cannondale is more like 1300USD in Europe at least. That State and Marin looked nice and not conservative. Not that Salsa with those wide wheels would.

Probably my money will be enough for entery level of all models like scott , cannondale(topstone) , giant , merida etc .. and the British brands. Help

    Thanks for the thorough review! What are your thoughts on the Poseidon X?

    • @YoungDoug13
      @YoungDoug13 Před 3 lety +1

      I own one. I've only put about 50 miles on it. So far I really dig it. If you have any elevation to deal with I recommend a brake upgrade right off. Fun bike otherwise. The most current Poseidon X has a carbon fork so it limits the weight you can haul on the fork. Feels really nice tho.

    • @michaelmoore9139

      Thank! How’s the geometry in terms or bar height compared to the Salsa Journeyman?

    • @YoungDoug13
      @YoungDoug13 Před 3 lety +1

      @@michaelmoore9139 i really couldn't say. I haven't ridden or even really researched the salsa. I'm a scoach under 5'10 but my legs are short (30" inseam). I'm 100% comfortable on the Med sized X. The reach is right where I want it to be.

    • @CycleTravelOverload
      @CycleTravelOverload  Před 2 lety +1

      This is a great question, maybe I should do a video on it? Mainly it was tire clearance and being steel. Plus the bike geometry which is best suited for adventure riding with gear.
