  • In this video, we’re walking around my pit bikes: my 2020 Honda CRF 110 with a few BBR goodies, a 2022 Honda CRF 110 with the Pro Comp front and rear conversion, and my mostly stock 2022 Kawasaki KLX 140 with BBR shock and fork internals.
Each of the pit bikes have their own advantages and disadvantages, and I like each of these bikes for their strengths. If you’re a beginner to the pit bike world and have a smaller budget or are not looking to go into the CRF110 class, I’d recommend starting off with the Kawasaki KLX140. While the CRF 110 is a really cool bike and great for young riders that will fit that size bike and easier to learn to simply ride with the auto shifting, I personally think the KLX 140 is a better beginner bike because that level rider can learn how to use a clutch and shift gears. The KLX also has disc brakes instead of drum brakes.

You should do a ttr110 build. No one mods those yet there faster and lighter than the Honda and kawi 110s

I am not a big Yamaha fan even though I own a few larger bikes (YZ 250’s etc). More parts available for the Honda and Kawasaki 110’s so easier to mod. Would be cool to see someone do a full build on a TTR though.

forks are trick but id rather run the bud racing kx65 forks, it doesnt come with a complete kit but it would be much cheaper to purchase those and then run kx65 parts on them.

Can you elaborate on how you mounted the shock reservoir on the inside of the frame rail on that crf?
